KatanaPIM has found a solution to easily manage product data properly. As a result, products are faster to sell, fewer returns and we can always ensure quality for an optimal customer experience.

The user-friendliness of KatanaPIM allows our data managers to easily add, modify or enrich product data.

Currently, we have no comment. If we run into problems, the support team is always there for you and (often) has a quick solution!

Not only is the software really well designed, but the Katana support & team are incredible to work with, and make the entire process & ongoing management that much easier and more enjoyable.

The UX is the easiest on the market to use, and our team has had a great experience making changes efficiently.

Nothing to think of at the moment, and if there ever is one, I am sure the Katana team will quickly support & improve it.

KatanaPIM is a very user friendly PIM system. We use it for several clients. It is fast, has a great user interface and it just works.

Professional, user friendly, fast and stable PIM system which offers a variety of great tools. We are using it for several clients. It's easily to connect the PIM to tools like WooCommerce, Magento etcetera.

Nothing yet to mention. Of course it would be great if it was a bit cheaper, but it's really worth the investment.

The system is good value for money and good options have been announced that make it more of a PIM system.

Onboarding from xls file goes really well and you get very good support when setting up the system.

I miss the possibility to link attributes to categories and/or brands and to have the attributes automatically filled by the system.

Since the first contact through the onboarding and end product everything has been very smooth with KatanaPIM. They have been very helpful with an even more helpful product. Can recommend to everyone!

Great tool and it saves us a lot of time. It reduces the workload and we can manage our product information very easy.

It saves us so much time and it helps us pushing the right product info to all the marketplaces. Before KatanaPIM we used sheets and another tool, but KatanaPIM give us so much more overview.

Pricing is ok, but i like it when it's cheaper ;-)

The entire process from sales to onboarding and support now was great. In every part of the process I felt like Katana was in control and every stakeholder knew what was expected from them.

The KatanaPIM team is fun to work with, knowledgeable and does everything with a personal touch. They take your feedback very seriously and will do everything to help you out.

I don't think I really see a point for improvement. I would like it if the design of the Katana PIM software gets a polish in the future, so that it looks even slicker. But that's a nice to have.

So far very satisfied with the product and the people behind the company.

I am currently experiencing the onboarding as very pleasant. This is because everyone is very involved, the response time is extremely fast and we are already further along than I had thought.
