I can say that Keeper is the most secure platform where you can store passwords and other information. After saving you can also access passwords on any supported platform ( mobile, desktop ) by simply logging in.

The Mobile version's user interface is buggy. Difficult to navigate.

I have used keeper as my personal password manager for several years now. It's a reliable password manager and I haven't had any issues. They have a really sleek desktop app and I also like the functionality of their secure file storage within the desktop app. Couldn't imagine going without a password manager nowadays.

The feature that could use the most improvement is their chrome plugin to manage auto-fills. I think every password manager could improve on this front as I have also used Dashlane and LastPass, and those two left a lot to be desired as well.
