The reporting clearly tied spend to revenue and helped us validate Klickly as a cost-efficient performance channel that complements both affiliate and paid media.

The dashboard is streamlined but not as customizable as more advanced ad platforms. Exporting data or drilling into product-level performance requires a bit more manual work. It’s not a dealbreaker, but deeper reporting flexibility would make it even stronger.

We've been using Klickly for over a year now. It's been super easy to set up and you only pay commission when you sell so there is no investment or risk. It's a great way to generate passive revenue.

The Klickly ads are not customizable as they pull from your Shopify feed so it's not very good looking ads but people do still buy from it.

Klickly has been a strong partner in helping us extend reach and generate incremental sales for our CPG affiliate clients. The platform’s shoppable ads run on premium placements. Their ability to differentiate between new vs. old customers really helps our clients gain confidence in our media buying efforts. The dashboard is straightforward, reporting is clear, and setup is quick.

Like all channels, Klickly does cross attribute. All advertisers need to understand that a customer needs to see a product many times across their purchase journey, Klickly helps achieve one or more of those touchpoints. Claiming attribution is tricky, but this applies to all digital marketing channels.

We’re a young startup and Klickly has been such a game-changer for us! The commission-only model is a lifesaver, finally, an ad platform where we don’t have to burn cash upfront and hope it works. On top of that, the AI does so much of the heavy lifting. It honestly feels like we’ve got an extra marketing team member working 24/7 without the extra salary.

If we could ask for one thing, it’d be a bit more visibility into where our ads are showing up. As a small team, it would be awesome to peek behind the curtain and learn more about who’s engaging with us. But overall, we’re super happy

Easy to set up, and the concept of sliding-scale commission and ROAS is very enticing. They are making me go up to 100 characters, but there is really nothing good to say about this company. Seriously, don't use them.

ROAS did not hold true. Klickly took credit for sales that we made separately -- through discount codes that we only emailed out, or ones that we only mailed to our mailing list, or even for an order that I created, from speaking with a customer over the phone and manually creating an order for a custom item that we do not even sell on our website. Furthermore, the sales that they made through their site had a hidden commission, that completely bypassed the 30% commission I had set up. They came with 100% commission. What a joke!

Overall I definitely recommend this platform, it's super easy to install and start seeing orders come through.

I love how easy the implementation process was and the amazing Growth Specialist that helps us (Riley). Quick to respond and ready for any help we need. Klickly is nice cause once it's set up, you kind of just let it run in the background and only check on it to make any changes to the promo copy, to increase commissions and/or edit products. No need to be going into it daily, more of a set-up-and-go, and see amazing performance roll in. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of engagement we got from these ads!

Also, love that you pay for performance, nothing up front!

The only thing I would say could use some help is design. The ads are veryyy simple and not much customizability available.

Everyone is impressed when I tell them how Klickly works. The team wasn't pushy, but I still appreciate how hard they worked to get my business.

The team is great, the product is cool, and they were a delight in working with our unusual requests. They were quick to share some cool insights and help us craft the initial set up for meeting our goals.

The commission system is kind of complicated; but that's just the nature of giving the advertiser a lot of options to meet different goals.

Overall, I use Klickly for every brand I handle and will continue to use it no matter what. Their AI technology is a game changer and actually drives the new customers they say they can get you. It takes very little time out of my week and drives solid customers at a low cost. My account manager Riley has answered my calls at 2am to help me with questions or issues which is rare to find with any software. Good tech, good customer service and they don't BS you. Highly recommend to any performance marketing gurus out there!

The whole set up/ integration process is so seamless and easy. Like many performance marketers, I have a million platforms and things to handle on a daily basis so having a platform like Klickly has been a game changer. Setting up campaigns takes less than five minutes, they provide great data that is easy to access and their support team actually gets back to you. The ROAS you get from using Klickly is much better than most platforms and they actually drive legit cold new customers.

It takes a few months to ramp up volume is my only pain point but that's like most platforms I guess.

So far, not many. I wish there was documentation on the site on how to set up your campaign commission. However, the Klickly team was quite helpful in getting us to our goal.
