In making 3D VR work and 360 work accessible to a wide audience, I found Kuula the ticket to a simple yet rich viewing platform that is easy to use, embeddable, shareable.

Stereo 3D imaging in VR is essential for my creations, and Kuula is a solid platform that makes it simple to upload and make accessible online to anyone with a VR headset. I really appreciated the ease of use, the drag and drop of assets and elements which allow creativity to be a fluid process. On top of that, quick and excellent user support.

So far have not found any cons worth mentioning that I can remember.

Their support is bang-on! Super fast response and quality communications.

Their pricing makes pro-features super accessible too!

It easily allows me to achieve what I need to create. I have a vision for the finished product and I get pretty close to accurate.

My experience with Kuula has been stellar. I would highly recommend the site to anyone that does 360° images. If you take your image in high resolution and upload to Kuula it looks great!!! Keep up the great work Kuula!!!

When I share a link of my work to friends they are not able to "Love" the image if they are not a member. It makes a bit of sense, but just a note.

A really great way to share 360 panorama tours!
The Kuula interface is quite simple but powerful. There is practically no learning curve and you don't have to know anything about programing to use it. It has allot of sharing options to embed tours and panoramas to practically any interactive platform.

Kuula is the easiest most versatile 360 Panorama creation tool we have ever used here at DECC SC.
Besides, it has great speed. The response speed is amazing, you practically don't have to wait for an image too download.

The only thing I wish for is to be able to customize our Kuula profile a bit more.

We had tried a number of 360 tour tools before deciding to stick with Kuula and we were happy we did. It is fun to work with it and loaded with features.

Range of features, less limitations than others, speed of creation, included assets, image uploads and processing is quick.

Incremental edits saving adds time to an otherwise quick interface.

I almost couldn’t believe it was real! For my first test I had Kuula to generate a 360 tour guide of my own apartment. I provided about 12 photos and Kuula generated a seamless experience, as if someone could visit my apartment from another country as if they were there! I immediately shared the results with a friend who couldn’t believe it. Kuula is worth every penny and then some!

Recently I started creating Virtual Tours. When choosing which Virtual Tour Software to use Kuula was highly recommended.
After uploading the 360 images to Kuula, I noticed something strange. The images ended up looking deformed. I wasn’t sure why since when I inspect the photos in Affinity Photo (software which I use to edit 360 images before uploading) they seemed fine. Since I couldn’t find an adequate answer online, I decided to send an email to the customer support of Kuula.

To my surprise, I received a reply within a matter of minutes! The reply wasn’t a generic one, it explained what might have happened since editing 360 Images is a sensitive process. Taking the points into account, I went back to the editing software, to try to figure out what have I done wrong, and where was my mistake.

After a few moments, I received another email! This one contained a detailed analysis of the image I sent them. It seemed that the problem was that -> before uploading the images, you need to exit “ Live Projection” (Affinity Photo) for the image to not be cropped off. After I did that, it all worked perfectly as I intended.
The reason why I am writing this review is that I was amazed by the customer support I received! The speed in which the email was replied to, and the thought and effort put behind it!

Create virtual tours professionally with simple friendly GUI, get up running fast. No complicated contracts, no steep learning curve. Just intuitive interface to finish what you start sooner than later. Kuula is always improving and with such an affordable price for what you get, I highly recommend using Kuula first before any other. My needs go beyond Virtual Tours for just real-estate, but if that’s all one does, Kuula is for you. Some highpoints for me: Smoothness & high-quality of viewing; ability to ‘embed into multiple websites and easily share. Did I mention always improving-Like Cross-linking tours! Gosh, hard to say since they are always improving and not charging extra. All VT programs trying to translate the same quality into mobile devices and Kuula is ever-striving as well.
No cons, just solid and ease of use for the fraction of what others charge.

I found Kuula really easy to use when building my first ever virtual tour, yet flexible and powerful enough to implement quite extensive projects. I’ve tested the virtual tours across multiple device types and browsers, and it just works - without any technical headaches. The customer service and platform reliability have both been excellent since and there is constant development of new features. Will definitely be renewing for another year.

The only minor issue I’ve ran in to after creating multiple large, asset-heavy tours, is that the asset interfaces are now becoming a bit cluttered (I just need to have a bit of a clear out to be honest). Nothing else comes to mind.

I have been a professional photographer for nearly two decades and specialize in architectural photography. Stunning photos have their place, but building a virtual tour with 360 images creates an immersive experience that regular still photos can’t deliver.

For the price of $12 dollars/month on the yearly plan, you can create interactive virtual tours with many useful features which will make your clients very happy.
