Decent document management but no API access or Zapier

    Date: Feb 06 2021
    Summary

Overall I've found trying to get leap to do what I need it to do incredibly frustrating. The customer service has been incredibly poor as well. Lots of failed promises and lack of concern.

    Positive

Leap has decent tools for case management but it is terrible if you want your system to do anything else.

    Negative

Really poor integration options. We use a piece of online booking software and some marketing automation software for chasing up new lead. Normally we would use Zapier to integrate these tools with a CRM but there is no way for us to integrate these tools with leap. Most other legal management software now has a Zapier or Integromat integration but leap don't. They have their own ecosystem of apps which are all a bit outdated and don't have the functionality we need. I've tried several times to get access to the API to see if a developer could build our own integration but customer service refuse to give him an account.
