    Better go somewhere else.

    I used WhatsApp at the same time since I lost my first LINE account years ago, since then I never lost a single contact on WhatsApp, I can't say that for LINE.

    Enjoyable when it works.

    Such a shame that everything is handled by bots they need a costumer service.

    Negative

    -block accounts for no reason, no warning or any sort of information.
    -losing account regularly.
    -no customer service.

    Line is fabulous social media tool, in which I can send messages or can start voice and video call via internet. Due to its large software support I can easily use from mobile device and from personal computer or Mac. Overall it's very interesting and joy to use.

    Positive

    Chat groups can support up to 200 friends, so easy to add all of your friends. It has free voice and video calling. Works on all platform as mobile phone and personal computer. It has funny face play feature which makes fun to share.

    Negative

    There is no "chat delete for everyone" so you can't delete if you sent some messages by mistake.
