LOGISTAR aims to improve the planning and optimization of transportation activities within the supply chain through the use of horizontal collaboration and real-time data derived from an interconnected ecosystem. To fulfill this objective, a decision-making tool along with a visualization tool dedicated to freight transport will be developed, which is designed to offer essential insights and services to a range of stakeholders in the logistics supply chain, such as freight transport operators, their customers, various industries, and other key players including warehouse and infrastructure managers. This project is projected to greatly enhance both the efficiency and the responsiveness of transport operations, ultimately benefiting all parties involved in the logistics process.
