I love this software because it allows me to get the best out of my thermal printers, I have a Zebra ZP450 and a ZD420, and both work without any issues, I can even modify the defaults of the printers from the software.

The ease of use of the software, super easy to design a label. So far so good. The options to adjust the image quality are really good.

If you switch computers, the process of deactivating the license could be a little tricky, I think it could be easier.

I got LabelLive to create labels using a plant tag horticultural printer. I run a plant nursery. It was the only software I could find that works for Mac. Something I appreciate is the instant barcode generator - enter the UPC digits and it creates a barcode on the spot. Creating designs on tags is easy.

The software runs pretty slow, don’t click on anything 10 times thinking it’s unresponsive or you’ll get 10 windows opening over the course of several seconds.

For MacOS especially Label Live is the best, all other competitors are just not that good. Very easy to use and really straightforward.

A bit strange way of storing files, but this is not affecting me at all.

Overall, we able to start using the label software in a day after figuring out most of the important function and testing the design label layout. It would be nice to have API call to link to database or file.

The Label LIVE software is simple and easy to start using all the functions. The design layout very simple to understand and follow. Support is good and responsive.

Design label feature little difficult especially using the mouse to drag and drop no such function. Certain command still need key board arrow to move box and or object.
Import data from the design label was little confused for the first time designed the label.
We need written and or video instruction available online for those features.

Overall works great for our labels & organizing them in a way we'd like them to be. Super easy to use and set up with our dymo printer.

Can create our own layout, this is why we decided to use this product. Easy to use with excel and laying out where we want the line items to go.

There are really no cons, we have been using this for a year or less and haven't had any issues.

The software is very easy to use and covers lots of scenarios, The sequential barcode numbering works seamlessly and is easy to integrate on the labels. Overall good value and comprehensive but intuitive.

Label live once purchased can only be used on one computer, ideally I would like to have been able to use on my desktop but also on a laptop when out in the field.

I would, without hesitation recommend this software to anyone who needs to produce labels. I appreciate that I don’t have to waste time looking for previous designs, and really appreciate how well thought out the design process is. Quick label creation, high quality prints, and easy use.

The best part about this software is that there is no time wasted trying to figure out features. It just works. Designing labels has been made quick and easy, and pulling up previous designs was a clear consideration. I love that when I need to create more labels, I don’t have to search, they’re right there when I open the program. I also love that there are alignment aids when creating designs. Printing on a Rollo thermal printer, this software produces broad contrast with fine detail that other software for some reason couldn’t, even when printer settings were calibrated. It was very clear that this software was created by individuals who care about creating a quality product. Absolutely worth the purchase.

I genuinely have no complaints. There is not a feature that is missing, or a bug that needs to be addressed.

Not much I did not like really! I have used many other label software and this is by far the best. I wish more people knew.

Is a good product, easy and it works very good. I work with it every day, and if someone ask what I use to print label, i can suggest for sure this product. Even if the price is a bit high for my opinion.

Intuitive and easy to work with it. Also print better than the native program of my zebra printer. That's all folks.

Support has been very good and the range of docs and videos on the website make getting to grips with the more advanced features quite manageable. I use this pretty much daily and it is always up to the task.

Ease of use and flexibility is the main thing that I would mention. I make multiple type of labels for a number of different printers and I get flawless results every time. The import data and variable function means you can leave making labels in Excel or Word behind.
I have tried a number of alternatives, free and paid and this is the only one I come back to and have recommended to others. The calibrate media function to align the software to your printers settings takes out the guesswork when you just want what is on the screen to appear on the label. Really really great stuff.

I wish I had found it earlier. I would like a bit more opportunity to set defaults for a greater range of settings (text alignment, font etc) but the ability to save multiple presets means this is not a major issue. Occasionally some of the areas that look like buttons require rollover to bring out a submenu drawer (calibrate media for example) but this is a bit nitpicky really.

Have made 1,000s of labels and program works great. Would recommend and is easy to use, for users.

Super easy to use and our labels look great. We have made 50+ different labels and have all looked great and were easy to setup.

Would love an auto fit option when adding a pic to labels that would automatically fill the label size. Also, would like to be able to have more than 1 user without having to pay for another license as the labels are the same labels, it's just a matter of who is printing them.

Its easy and fast to use. I use this constantly on a daily basis and it offers me exactly what we need!

The only thing I dislike is that when you print any label, more than 1, you can not cancel the print mid printing! I have to print 100+ labels a day, and sometimes I accidentally print the labels twice when printing in a row and I am not able to cancel or stop the printing. Then I wasted 200 labels!

Brilliant product from functionality to price. My business has a highly professional 'look' to the product range as I have designed, amended and evolved the label layout as and when my needs changed.

2) Easy to design, with my Logo, the exact 'look' and with direct information pertaining to each stock item - over 500 variations with relavent description, best before date (auto incremented) and price code for till processing

Once you design a template, it's easy to work with and get the job done.

It's worth it. I was looking for anything that would work well on my Mac and once I tried this I didn't look back. It's fast, it's easy and it's really well made.

Extremely flexible with many options for data source as well as image library. Import data, flexible layouts, way extensive list of options to be able to make exactly what you need.

Absolutely nothing. So I'll use this to say the creator of the software is responsive and very pleasant to deal with.

The support is definitely great, they are helpful. Billing issues are handled very quickly & efficiently.

We use them for event badges, We setup 4 computers each with the business Enterprise license on them. And with this, we are able to successfully print check in and audit our badges for the event! While we understand, this is not exactly the same use case that would be used for everybody else. Most people would use the software for shipping or inventory control, we use this for actual badge names at our conference. And this software works very easily, and simply for all of our registration team to use.

Sometimes it is difficult when processing payment for multiple devices having multiple user emails versus just having one email where we are able to charge from one primary account with 3 licenses. One thing we would definitely love to see, is the ability to check a box or mark a cell with a specific letter in excel. Once a label has been successfully printed from the software, and it save the Excel sheet one other thing we would like to see integration with is a shared Excel sheet.

Very customizable app and whenever I feel like I've found something it doesn't do, I reach out to the developer. They respond very quickly and (in most cases) everything I wanted to accomplish is built right into the app. Love supporting companies like this!

Label LIVE can be customized in ways that a lot of other apps cannot be. It is easy enough to use, but flexible enough to dive deep on advanced features/functionality!

Honestly, I really have any gripes with this software. The price is fair and the product-to-value ratio is amazing!

The only minor bug was that it froze a bit at the beginning. But one email to LabelLIVE was immediately returned with tips on how to rectify. And the issue was my fault.

For small businesses getting started this setup is super user friendly. The money and time you save will be great and you will love the functionality of the software including the small amount of space on your computer it needs.

I love the functions and already made templates that it has. The many different sizes and the walk through instructions or tutorials that help you navigate through making what your needing for businesses. The availability of the sites functions make the jobs look so professional and saves me money so I don’t have to our source the jobs and I am able to save money with shipping since everything is done at home.

Maybe color options, really there is no cons that I can think of.
