Buggy and difficult
Date: Mar 01 2023SummaryStarted out pretty good, but degraded over time. It seems we are constantly apologizing to our end users over some feature or another not working as expected. They appear eager to provide support, but having the software fail in some new unexpected way is simply too much. I have been worn down by bad updates.
PositiveSimple interface allows for decent customization options. Cost is fairly low compared to similar products.
NegativeBreaks constantly. Pretty much every update causes system-wide crashes and failures. Web UI is slow and clunky. Sacrifices substance for style.

Great platform for CRM and centralized job data

Positive* Workflow automation has been a huge timesaver. Setting up takes some work because there is so much it can do.
* Built in Accounting is great for simple invoicing
* The mobile app has 90+% functionality to the desktop web based interface
* Customer portal really helps the clients feel involved.
* Electronic signatures are a must these days, and having it all built in means I don't have to use another service for e-signatures
1 on 1 support has been great. Anytime I have a question, I can call my rep or email and I have an answer back always same day, but often within 30 min -1 hr.NegativeForm creation can be tricky at first.
