Very happy, been with Linxup for 10 years. The customer service is great when anything goes wrong with one of the units. Easy to use, great reports, being able to use geo fences helps with when guys arrive and leave the office.

The product is great and easy to use. It gives us up to the minute tracking on our trucks. It’s great to get reports every morning in our email to see how guys are driving and making sure they are being safe. Also helps to prove to customers we were at the houses and how long they were in the Job.

If they stay plugged in and not using trucks for long periods of time they drain the battery.

While I understand that our needs are unique, I do wish there were more customized solutions available. However, I appreciate that Linxup has promised to work with us to potentially add features that we are looking for. Sometimes it sends a tamper alert when I am sure it wasn't tampered with, for instance in my personal vehicle.

A++ Great product. Pricing is good. Billing is flawless. I did quite a bit of calling around looking for vehicle trackers. Linxup was the only group I spoke with who actually answered their phones. Because of that I gave them a shot. I am glad I did.

These are the easiest and most reliable trackers we have used for our cars. Easy plug and play. The app is great as well as the web portal. Customer service is quick and painless. I always get to speak with someone when I call. Email responses are great.

I have not found any. The product is great. Do not be afraid to use them.

Overall the product is good and very affordable for many people out there looking to keep track of your equipment.

This device allows me to know where my fleet is at 24/7. This product has saved me a lot of headaches from worrying about where my vehicles are at.

Real life moving gps would be nice. Also the pricing for monthly subscription is a little to much.

I definitely rely on this tracker and it gives me a peace of mind that I've been very happy with over the last 5 years or so.

The battery lasts a super long time.... probably close to 2 weeks .....the tracking is usually precise. There have been a few times where the satellite must get hung up and the location is a few miles off but this is definitely the exception.

I wish this tracker was more discreet as I use it for a personal safety device. I would even be willing to sacrifice battery life to have a smaller tracker, say that I could put on a keychain or something.

Canceled my service because it lost it's value beginning in mid-June. Check the notes captured by your technical support.

Technical Support staff incredibly helpful, diligent. Value has historically been outstanding in my view.

The Linxup product (the service offering) has deteriorated since the acquisition of AwareGPS. Ability to track GPS devices "near realtime" no longer occurs. At best, it appears reporting is delayed by 30-45 minutes (again, at best) and sometimes hours. The most important value in the product for me personally was the "near realtime" reporting capability. Notifications are now delayed hours in most cases. Product is no longer of value to me for that reason. Technical Support was unable to remedy although they seemed to have tried.

It's been an excellent product that is easy to use and provides great insights into vehicle usage and location.

Linxup is simple to install and works instantly. It is reliable and provides location, trip replay, and basic vehicle stats like fuel level and battery level. Also provides driving behaviors like sudden acceleration, hard braking, and idle time.

My only disappointment has been duration of trip history, which appears to be deleted after a week. This is a minor inconvenience at times.

The features are excellent. I like all the features, especially the ones that let you know how your driver is doing. The driver score helps out a lot keeps me from having bad people in my car.

I don’t understand why there is a gas section and cannot keep track of the gas and I would also wonder why you can’t get diagnostic alerts for wired trackers.

Love being able to tell an account how far out my trucks are. Checking time and milage. And showing drivers better ways to go next time.

Really good. I would recommend it to other people and I have. I would like the response of rate trailers to be a little better. I would like the lights to be hidden so that people don't see the blinking lights when you have them hidden from thieves.

I had someone borrow a piece of Equipment and told no one about it. I had it located in 5 mins and 10 mins later I had a guy there looking at it on the job site.

Sometimes It is a little challenging to get some of them to register when they have started getting older. The batteries dent last as long.

Love the fact that you can easily log in from a PC or your phone. The geofences are great and easy to set up. Hasn't failed me yet.

Don't like the fact that with one of the software updates the vehicles voltage is not available anymore.

We have not experienced any cons with the system other than it going out / offline a few times, but the team quickly remedied the issues.

Tracking assets over multiple regions is a game changer. Rather than call the drivers who may be sleeping, driving loading / unloading I now have situational awareness for the company. When the broker needs an update that information is immediately available. Truck break downs, I can arrange road services and give detailed information to everyone thereby reducing anxiety to the driver, expediting repairs, and keeping everyone safe and informed.

The customer service rep was professional and concerned, English is her first language, no guessing or assuming. Olivia was detailed and had follow through with everything she faced.
Yes Safari does work properly with Linxup now.

Not everyone uses Safari however Linxup team was dedicated to solving this problem.
