Overall great tool to work with. Some managers at the corporate level saw the tool and it's capability and they really liked it. As I mentioned, the expense module that i am using right now is not very helpful. I may cancel this option in 2023.

It's a great app with team management and instant chats.

LiquidPlanner has worked well for our team and company. It has all the bases covered from a project management perspective. The customer service is outstanding and quick to respond to inquiries.
While you can set it up fairly quickly for simple project management, it will take some time to flesh out your workspace and set up to adapt to your team's workflow.

Able to organize hundreds of concurrent projects with different task strings in each and track hours and workload across multiple users. Each project and task can be marked with custom fields, which provides many reporting and analytic tools. The Classic version is very customizable and has been working stably for us for many years.

Like all project management systems, there is a time investment needed to set up your workspace.

Using LiquidPlanner, our team is more organized and everyone knows where we are on different projects and what tasks are assigned to them. It is easy to track time on a task and to view one's workload.

I've gone through multiple programs with regards to resource and project management. This one by far is the best; it is the only one that is truly fluid. We just launched it throughout our entire company and I am really hopeful this will be the solution we have needed for so long.

The projects update in real time to any and all changes; changes in priorities, task completion, and changes in estimated hours remaining. It really helps plan the timeline for your projects, and shows you the path on how you will achieve it.

One thing that sticks out is that I can't limit people from logging hours for other people. It would be ideal if I could control that, and have certain people only allowed to log hours for themselves.

Would like to be able to switch timers on and off using the mobile app.
Would like the option to choose portal ON as default at the project level and then remove tasks rather than adding each task to a portal. As a small, independent user it would be nice to be able to obtain cheaper seats for shorter periods (e.g. six weeks instead of a year) but you can't have everything in life.
