    They did not comply with the agreement. In the free months of service the service was good once the start charging and the software started giving problems everything changed. We have email from one of the owners saying they will refund everything we paid. We have asked many times for the refund and Listaso haven’t made anything.

    Listaso where very focused to sell us. Customer service was good in the free months once they started charging everything changed.

    Negative

    We have had the worst experience with Listaso. We paid them close to $2,000 with the condition that if the service doesn't work they should return the money and they never did. We are making a claim now against them. The service had a lot of problems and lasted for long periods of times to fix them which interrupted our business many times. We had to use external softwares to keep invoicing.

    At first everything was great, we started using it and started discovering one problem after the other.

    Positive

    Customization in this software has a lot of potential but when there are so many issues happening, I can not comment on the pros.

    Negative

    Almost a problem every day with the software. It can take months to fix an issue. Our inventory and margins of profit are completely off due to an error they still have yet to figure out. These mistakes can be costly as you try to run your business on a day to day basis.

    Save your money and headaches and go elsewhere. This company has a lot of growing to do before it can live to it ls true potential!
