    If you are a small to mid sized non profit, this does everything you need

    Summary

    There are not many CRMs at the price point and subscription structure of LGL. We have around 1800 historic donors in our database, and LGL has helped us understand where to take action.

    Positive

    Price - you are not paying for more than you need.
    Cloud based - This was a lifesaver during the Covid transition to remote work. Made Collaboration across multiple teams super easy and intuitive.
    Stable - Has never crashed in my use.
    Intuitive data import process - I was able to import 50,000+ gift records, and I"m not an IT person.

    Negative

    It's not as pretty and full featured as some of the more expensive products.
    Not as many visual graphs / metrics built in.
