The autocomplete feature enabled our users to search easily for anything they needed. Together with analytics, it's the perfect combo.

My overall experience was really good, i don't use it anymore because i sold my small company. But would recommend for everyone that wants to scale their webshop.

I really liked using this software on my webshop, it makes searching a whole lot easier and less stressful.

The interface can be a bit ugly, and it is hard to customize.

Our internal dashboard system uses this great tool as an advanced search box. As a cloud-based call center software provider, we collect a lot of data, so we needed a complex solution to search through them. Data about calls, callers, agents, automation set-ups, and call scripts is just a little piece of cake. And naturally good advanced searching is necessary. Results are provided almost instantly and are presented in a good readable way. Finally, other functionalities are so helpful in making everything so seamless.
