I like Luigi's Box because it helped us with searching and tracking the words searched by customers. I can also look at statistics very easily. we are very fond of artificial intelligence recommendations, where every time I step into the basket or anywhere on the site, I am offered a list of recommended products. Overall, I rate Luigi's Box very positively and recommend it to everyone.

I like the way Luigi's Box recommends products to me the most, and especially that he recommends them everywhere even in the shopping cart, he also helps with the search and I can check various metrics through his statistics

Well only the price. It could be a less cheaper product.

It's a good tool for our company, allowing us to customize and promote our products with different parameters (best products, overstock, promotion and others). We are performing well.

The tool is very automated and needs little manual input once set up correctly. It is very easy to use even for non-technical colleagues and provides quite good synonym suggestions for several different languages.

Overally, we are happy with the LB and its IT support in order to meet the clients specific personalized needs as well as its suggestions to improve the conversion on a daily basis.

In certain parts it is difficult to set up and get oriented in the tool since many times there is quite a lot of possibilities for the user to use.

At its base products are great - search, autocomplete, or recommendation as well are really great. I highly recommend this for all e-shops which are not so small. But you should not be much big to can see improvement with Luigis Box. Especially search box is great solution for small-medium e-shops. Easy to use, easy to implement, easy to improved and customization. You have lots of data and can see what your customers wants. If you have time for dig into it, LB is great partner for you.

For us recommendation solution is not 100 % but we have specific products. For most of products reco is ok. Search is great for all type of products.
