    Absolutely revolting and disgusting. Algorithms that do not work as promised, dismissive support and a product service that sounds to me like a scam.

    Absolutely nothing, their “baby face generator” does not work as promised. The faces are poorly put together.

    I feel like I was scammed and I am about to fill a lawsuit against this company. I used the “baby face generator” in a 3 day trial and absolutely disliked the service: the algorithms do not work even close to what they promise. With the frustration, I immediately attempted to cancel this subscription but what happened is that they DID NOT GIVE ME THE OPTION TO CANCEL IT. There was no cancellation button, absolutely anywhere.
    At that moment I thought that the subscription did not go through or something similar to this, but then later I was charged $20 dolars in my account. As I requested a refund for the first time, their support responded with directions on how to cancel the subscription, explaining also that the cancellation option “may not be available in one hour or so, because the account is still being set up”.
    That is how I believe they get you scammed. They take $20 dollars from people for a service that does not meet the promise, as they do not give you the option of canceling the trial when you notice that.
    This all may sound even silly, but with such an innocent and even silly service called “baby face generator” I think that they may be making a reasonable money by fooling people around. Silly or not, this apparent lack of bona fide disgusts me to the level of considering a law suit.
