You could do a better job with SEO so I discovered you quicker. Box/Dropbox are stepping on Google's top results pretty hard.

Sending large video files has never been easier. Before discovering MASV, I used Dropbox and always had issues with drop outs and long send times. It was also complicated to use. Since switching to MASV, the work flow is fast and efficient. Love it!

I would like to be able to pay as I go rather than buy credits.

Overall, there are not enough good things to say about MASV and their entire team. Their prices are hard to beat and their service is exceptional. We manage thousands of films (both master files and DCPs) each year, and most of them come to use through MASV. MASV preserves accurate folder structures and files are always delivered efficiently.

MASV is a very easy to use option for sending files to my clients. I am a portrait photographer who provides my clients with the internet sized images of everything they purchase prints/products of. If they order an album, I may have 50 images to send them. With MASV it's SO EASY.

I'd prefer a pay as you go option for credits rather than the minimum $50 prepay which I will not use in my lifetime.

Nothing. I would like some further integrations, but MASV already supports more than it's competitors so I am just being greedy.

In the past I used Google Drive & Dropbox... that took way too long and the up/down speeds were ridiculously slow. MASV was absolutely a blessing. Super easy, fast and reliable. I sent a link portal to a non MASV subscriber to request my files uploaded, and all they had to do is drag & drop... How great is that!... Downloaded over 200GB files in under 4 hours using rural Wi-Fi "antenna" internet with 15-25mbps download speeds... Thats incredible.. Than you MASV!

Incredible ease of use... Super fast upload and download speeds even at slow "antenna" rural internet speeds... Ability to send a non subscriber a link to easily and securely upload files to you... Control of all account options, upload and download limits, passwords, file portals... Pay as you go option plan. Detailed upload, download, billing info.... Ability to download invoices and export packages to CSV. Oh, and the free initial GB given as a startup.

I have a 50 Character minimum on to write down what I didn't like about MASV... Couldn't think of anything negative...

I was struggling trying to deliver large files to employees and clients. We are a media creation company, so sending multiple TB of data daily is a regular occurrence. Other file transfer services have bandwidth and sharing limitations. MASV provides amazing speeds and support for large filesets. Easy to set up and use and prices are on point. Thanks!

Couldn't recommend MASV more highly. I am new to such a service, but MASV held my hand the whole way. The outcome was perfect.

The service worked perfectly; couldn't have asked for more. When I had some issues due to my own confusions, MASV responded immediately and helped me through my (self-generated) difficulties. I felt well supported.

There were no cons at all in my experience with MASV.

I tried MASV after attempting to get some .braw footage to my team in Nashville via G-drive and Dropbox. MASV worked without requiring my team to create a paid account. The speed was exceptional and the progress meter let me know all was well, where Dropbox had failed me on previous attempts. The UI is excellent. The best part, for me, was email notifications advising me when my editor began his download and when he finished it. An excellent overall experience with perfectly reasonable pricing.

Clear progress meter, speed of upload, notifications when a team member begins to download and completes a download, pay-as-you-need pricing, recipients don't need an account to download.

Might like the ability to begin uploading without a recipient specified, since I sometimes don't know who all will need the raw footage right away, but want to get the process started.

A clean, logical user experience, with a very reasonable payment model. Good to frequent use or occasional use.

Well organised interface, lots of options to share or limit access. Biggest plus is that you only pay for usage, ie. file downloads, rather than a subscription model. This suits me as I my needs for file sharing vary from month to month.

Whatever the challenges are with the interface, it just works really well and has saved me multiple times. Also made me look like the all-knowing when a client was struggling to send me big files and then I sent a portal link.

The speed of up and downloads is crazy fast. Nothing I've tried comes close. And I'm in Japan, so it's not US-centric. There are a lot of features to receive and manage files.

The interface I find a bit obtrusive. Maybe I'm expecting a lot of features to be simple.

I have tried other platforms and this one is the most efficient and easy to use.
In my case, I only pay for what I use, and it is practical way to transfer files [ BOG ones] between my 2nd and I.

The DCP copy of my film "Let Me Fly" was suddenly sent to Dhaka Film Festival and Moscow International Film Festival. Tried to use many popular FTP systems but failed. Finally chose MASV. Within a short time, I was able to complete my work without any trouble. The MASV staff was quick to resolve the usability issue I had while sending the film. Excellent service.

I am a director and producer in the film and video industry. MASV is the fastest, easiest-to-use file transfer system I've ever used. As a filmmaker, we often have to send our films in various sizes to film festivals, distribution agencies, etc. around the world. I have been looking for an easy option for a long time to make this task easier. MASV is the best option I found.

Everything is great but the price is a bit high. It would be good if there was a pack of 100 GB.

A pleasure. Monitoring storage and transferring TBs on top of TBs of media is extremely stressful. I feel blessed to have discovered software like MASV and the Team behind the scenes to make a majority of my tasks MUCH easier! The MASV staff feels like an extension to my staff. They demonstrate genuine care and I sense they are hungry to improve an already excellent product!

Not only is transferring large files FAST! My MASV Portals have allowed me to be creative with developing a whole new workflow for my company.(CGI Digital) I love that the portals upload my footage to multiple servers(simultaneously) and my freelance Videographers enjoy uploading to 1 simple link! Add this Tech to an incredibly friendly, caring, and available staff...you have a Winner! I wish MASV luck and look forward to working with them for as long as I am working with Cloud storage.

I look forward to new features that would allow me to control the embedded media. An example would be, I would like the ability to pre-label the clips on my end and rely less on trusting the Freelance Videographers to label correctly.

Having used many other services to collect media uploads, this is by far the best and easiest to use. Setup was a matter of minutes and there really isn't a learning curve like other services. Everything is simple, laid out properly and just seems to work.

We use this for collecting event media from attendees. Only needing to use the service a few times a year, having the pay-for-what-you-use option rather than the usual subscription model everyone seems to be going to lately makes this a no-brainer for us. The upload interface is nice and can be used on mobile or desktop. We haven't had any hangs or incomplete uploads reported like we have had with other services in the past. It's a simple but highly effective platform. The option to drop uploads immediately into Google Drive is a huge plus as well.

We did have one uploader request to transfer media that was already uploaded to a cloud service (Google Drive) without having to re-upload it. We had them share it directly in this case, so it wasn't a problem. Other than that, the service and platform works phenomenally.

Easy to use and fast. I will be using this again in the future when I need to share files of any quantity and /or large sizes.

It was super easy to use MASV. I had 90GB of video files I needed to get to the other side of the United States right away. Some of the individual files were over 2GB which was over the size limit of the site I had used previously. I found MASV and was able to do two separate 60GB and 30GB uploads. The client was so impressed with the speed and ease of use they wanted an additional 100GB of video files for their project. After filming, I just uploaded everything, put in their email address, a description if what the upload was about and a short note and went to bed. When the upload completed they received an email with a link to download the files and the description and note I had written. When I woke up they had already completed the download had the additional footage really quickly.

One of the downloads had to be restarted a few times because of an issue on their computer and each time they restarted the download it took more credits for the download instead of being able to see that it was the same person starting over. I don't think the app was used but maybe that would have helped reduce the additional usage of my download credits for the same download by the same person.
