Many glitches and out of date software. Often have to call them to add an email. Very antiquated in many ways.

Seems secure, but that's it. There are often glitches and takes them over a day to call back. Glitchy software.

They are slow to respond and seems like they are understaffed. They are often rude and make billing mistakes and blame the customer.

Using MD OfficeMail is like a blast from the past--back to emailing in the 90s. What, you want to use a standard comma delimiter to paste in several emails at once? Nope, there is no delimiter feature. Have fun pasting the emails individually, or using the impossible-to-use and error-ridden Contacts feature. You want to create multiple signatures with a different image in each one? Nope, only one image allowed. You want to save your preferred font style? Nope. Do you like to view your emails in a more readable conversation style that includes the most recent messages you sent? Close, but still not great. This is probably the most out-of-date email service I've used. I give two stars because, well, it still sends emails, and it has a 'Secure' feature (like it's supposed to). Everything is HIPAA compliant, which is why I have to use it but wish I didn't.

It sends emails. It's also HIPAA compliant, like it should be. The support staff are responsive and if they say they'll call you back they always do which I appreciate.

To summarize, MD OfficeMail is decades out-of-date. The features and ease of use need some serious updating. Any paid email service should be able to do better than this.
