We found guys in Google, asked for a demo, and it was provided in a professional way, showing the product, and addressing our questions. Guys also helped us on our compensation system, and choosing the right payment gateway (as we're working with crypto).

Setup was done within a month, with our compensation plan, and requested back office design alignment. So we're happy so far.

Probably, too many options on how it can be configured, so we lost a little, though guys helped us to figure it out.

WE need a commission system and back office for a network marketing company that has a concentration on retailing its multiple brands through its network of Partners. We also needed to use MLMSoft as a commission system for our internet marketing affiliates. Although these two groups of users are very different MLMSoft has managed to accommodate both user groups through one instance of the software. They have also been extremely flexible with integrating their software with a number of legacy systems. Overall a great experience from a company that has and continued to support us very well.

We liked the easy APIs and their user interface. It is easy to use and easy to integrate with our other systems. Their installation team has been extremely flexible.

To date, we have found nothing we do not like. The software is of great value and easy to use.

Our online shop is built with Shopify, and there is an integration option with MLM Soft platform, where all the buyers come directly to the network, same as their purchases.

Robust genealogy management, nice-looking and adjustable back offices, all the commission can be calculated instantly when a purchase confirmed on the online shop.

I'm using it for 4 months, nothing's wrong so far. Some minor issues with online shop integration were fixed in a few days by their helpdesk.

Just in a few words: we got enterprise level software for startup pricing.

If say true, me with other DMs here didn't believe it first, as it was like we found a hidden gem.

Initially referred to us as fast-deploy solution for our startup, it's actually an enterprise level direct selling business management software, with all the features you may just imagine, like commission calculation with all the details, like source documents, and all the calculation chains produced out of them according to the comp plan, and analytics app where we can even construct our own report when we need it.

We're more than happy with the guys!

- pricing is super affordable comparing to other software of THIS level (of course there is always a cheap alternative but most of them just a crap)
- high-end network analytics: we're able to get whatever network data we need, including retention, effectiveness of promos, et cetera

Didn't find any so far. If it's required to mention something though, let it be some feature we missed, like printing forms templating (we find the perfect way to solve it using 3rd party software integrated with the MLM Soft's).

Just perfect experience working with Greg and his team. Guys analyzed thoroughly our compensation plan which we created by ourselves. They put everything in a technical requirements document, and they program everything exactly as we wanted to. Plus they helped us integrate our custom CRM with the platform, so all the sales data comes to the commission engine in real time!

As we needed some customizations of the system, it was important, that we were offered a good customer support. Gregory, who is our project manager at MLM Soft, planned the whole process and set up a perfect project paper, which was then realized within very short time.

Also afterwards, as some further updates needed to be made, this was done instantly without charging any additional fees.

Every system has got some improvement potential, but as for MLM Soft, we could not mention any major issue, which might have caused us headache.

From the beginning they knew what I wanted and worked professionally towards making sure the software platform was tailored to my requirements. From my first overview meeting to when we launched our program, everything went according to plan and timeframe.

I like the options available. I like the ease of access. I like the professionalism of the Sales and support teams. I like the advantages the software platform provides to our enterprise. I like the pricing.

I cannot think of anything I did not like in dealing with MLM Soft.

I'm a Wordpress lead dev so my task was to integrate MLM Soft with our Wordpress website. It appeared as a tricky thing to do initially, as we have our website highly customized, with a shopping catalog on WooCommerce, and membership management on another plugin. And it turns out like a very smooth job to do with the guys. I'd especially like to mention Vladimir, integration engineer, who helped me out with their plugin configuration, and provided all the API calls examples I needed. Thank you!

I don't find anything, though I'm only looking from my own perspective.

We've been searching for MLM software to support our international business expansion which could be delivered quick. And we found it. MLM Soft and their local representatives provided us an integrated solution with our hybrid compensation plan and multi-currency support.

We got what we need: our hybrid compensation plan with multi-currency which is important because we operate in 3 countries at the moment. Everything works fine and we got helpdesk support over email and phone when we need it.

First we thought subscription price is high but they said that we're free to go to maintain everything by ourselves, and after we evaluated possible expenses to do this in-house we decided to stay on subscription as it's indeed cheaper.

It was pleasure partnering with MLM SOFT on this project, the team are fantastic and always on hand for questions. Our project was designed from scratch and the team did a great job at implementing it. As with any project we expected bugs, the team were very fast and efficient at fixing them. Overall a great experience and I look forward to working with them more as we grow.

The software integrated with our system very easily via API allowing a seamless flow of data to allow our distributors to keep up to date with their daily business activities. The option to customize the online office is a fantastic addition. It's very easy to use.

I would like to see an additional email function added to the API version. Apart from that I cannot fault the software it works seamlessly.
