What is MRO360?

MRO360 is Verdantis’ AI-native Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platform built for asset-intensive industries to improve maintenance reliability, spare parts availability, and inventory performance. The platform combines maintenance planning, predictive analytics, demand forecasting, and spare parts optimization within a modular operational environment.
Designed for industries such as Oil & Gas, Energy, Metals & Mining, Chemicals, Food & Beverages, and Manufacturing, MRO360 helps organizations reduce operational downtime and improve maintenance efficiency through data-driven workflows and context-aware AI agents.
The platform enables criticality assessment, obsolescence detection, multi-tier spare parts classification, and intelligent reorder point optimization to maintain the right inventory balance while reducing excess stock and stockout risks. Predictive maintenance capabilities analyze historical failure patterns, work order history, and spare parts consumption trends to identify potential equipment issues before failures occur.
MRO360 also supports risk-based work order planning by prioritizing maintenance activities according to asset criticality, safety requirements, and material availability. Demand forecasting capabilities help maintenance and procurement teams align inventory readiness with planned and unplanned workloads.
The platform’s Asset Registry maintains structured lifecycle records for equipment, including specifications, maintenance history, inspection records, and associated spare parts relationships across multi-site operations. Integrated Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) capabilities apply failure mode analysis to determine the most effective maintenance strategy across preventive, predictive, and run-to-failure approaches.
By combining maintenance, reliability, and inventory workflows within a unified architecture, MRO360 enables organizations to improve uptime, optimize inventory investment, and support proactive maintenance.

Seamlessly bridges production scheduling and facility maintenance.

    Updated: Jul 03 2026
    Summary

Even as a recent addition to our operations, the platform has quickly solved the classic communication gap between production management and the engineering team. Instead of relying on fragmented requests, we now have a centralized system to create work orders, manage maintenance spend, and track equipment downtime metrics. It has streamlined our scheduling of external repair vendors and provided the data needed to build out long-term cost-savings projects with our plant engineers.

    Positive

What I value most is how effectively the platform connects our day-to-day production planning with the facility maintenance team's schedule. In a high-volume food manufacturing environment, tracking equipment reliability is critical. The interface makes it incredibly simple to log operational issues, issue immediate maintenance work orders, and coordinate spare parts availability so our mechanics can execute repairs without disrupting our primary baking and packaging schedules. It gives excellent visibility into vendor coordination and ongoing asset health.

    Negative

While the maintenance workflow and purchase order generation are highly efficient, aligning the system's internal tracking with external 3PL logistics and multi-location inventory transfers takes some manual effort. It requires a bit of an adaptation period to get the freight and vendor scheduling elements perfectly synchronized with real-time warehouse counts.
