    Excellent collection tool from the start with ongoing discussions and improvements in this ever changing world specific to credit management.

    Positive

    The system is second to none, the dashboards are phenomenal. Implementing the tool was faultless with great support levels when required. Adapted to business needs and at a competitive cost base with ongoing development integrating further functionality such as credit & risk, vetting to name but a few.

    Negative

    Don’t have any from starting this project the team were clear but open to suggestions/requirements of our business. I have used this system for 6+ years and it has made a significant impact on our collection activities, driving decisions, training and continued process improvements.
