What I like the most is how fair the pricing is. You can use your own SMTP or Amazon SES, which saves a lot of money. The interface is clean and simple, not bloated or full of upselling like many other email tools. I also really appreciate that you can manage multiple “Brands” under the same account, each with its own billing. The support team is super friendly and the setup guides are clear and easy to follow.

The contacts (or “Leads”) section could be more efficient or a bit redesigned — it works fine, but it could be smoother to navigate. I’d also love to see a few nice, ready-made email templates and maybe a more detailed knowledge base with clear step-by-step guides for regular users or my employees.

Experience is awesome, no time wasted to grab this software, one thing i missed if they have monthly plan.

Most Important, the first 62K emails are free every month. A/B testing allowed me to measure the performance of different campaigns. Therefore, in my view, It is one of the most effective email sending software out there.

Cost-effective, list segmentation, timewarp delivery, tracking and reporting, email composer are some of the impressive features it is coming with. Plus, the first 62K emails are free every month, after that a cheap cost of US $0.10 per 1K emails which is very low.

AmazonSES using is a must with MailBluster and it doesn't allow us to use a custom SMTP server.

I have connected my WordPress website using their WordPress plugin. I usually send email newsletters twice a month and it cost me nothing as they have 62000 monthly free emails limit. It's cool. Till now I am getting good technical support, hope they continue it in the future.

I will rate it as 6 stars service for its very low price and great customer support. It has all the essential features for email marketing.

One thing is missing in the software - they don't have email templates yet! The good thing is, I requested them through support and they said they have it on their roadmap.
