Powerful system to organize schedules
Date: Dec 21 2022SummaryWith ManageMart, we are able to manage different areas of our business with no issues, it has been able to keep all our accounting, invoices, and scheduling needs in order and provide safety and security when it comes to managing all this stuff. It is also very easy to do so because ManageMart provides a great mobile app to be able to get all the work done quickly, and surprisingly, it works great and gets all the work done as it promises. The main benefit that I have found while using ManageMart is the fact that I can get everything done quickly but it will still be a high quality management of accounting and scheduling areas, without any mistakes.
PositiveThere are many positive aspects of ManageMart, I think that overall, it is a great built platform that provides benefits in real time. My favorite aspects of ManageMart are the following:
-It allows me to keep track of each single customer, and form a strong business-customer relationship because we are able to cater specifically to each customer individually, by having the most relevant information and a history of all their orders placed, it allows us to better their experience and provide a better service each day, which in result, improves our sales and our general image as a business.
-Its accounting tool is extremely helpful and not difficult at all to implement, it comes with an easy guide to understand how it works, and once it is all setup, it is easy to keep track of all records from then, allowing us to have a place where it is easy to trace back an order or a payment made by filtering our results by specific dates and more, it allows us to cover all our taxes needs and get everything ready for tax season. Additionally, it comes with the great benefit of not having to use physical paperwork, but having everything stored in ManageMart's system.
-When it comes to having an organization system around all our orders, ManageMart provides the perfect system to do so, with a great scheduling platform that shows all the upcoming events and orders in a great and perfectly built calendar that is intuitive and does not look too crowded, it is easy to know which spots are available to schedule and it is easy to keep track of all the time that is spent on each. This aspect of ManageMart has allowed us to improve our organization skills and deliver all our orders at the right time.NegativeThe only downside about ManageMart is the fact that its customer support is not the most responsive system, they do not get back to us and when they rarely do, it tends to not be of much help. This becomes troublesome because we have had questions about the use of certain features and some bugs that we have encountered while using some tools, but ManageMart support system has taken a very long time to reach back to us whenever we contact them, it becomes an inconvenience and we end up worrying because if something worse happened, like data loss, it shows that it would take a long time for ManageMart to solve the issue.
