    No support provided and designs are not worth the price

    Summary

    The designs do not justify their subscription price. If you need any changes you are out of luck. It will take you forever to get those changes executed. Project managers pass any question on account manager and account manager passes it back to project manager.

    No timely reply from their live chat option which claims to reply in minutes.

    The daily output mentioned on their website is not even close to what you will actually get.

    Can be helpful as a stop gap solution while you find a good designer to help you with your design requirement.

    No proper support provided. It's either project manager will get to you or account manager will get back to you which never happens.
    Designs are just ok for the pricing.
