Matidor Reviews

Our experience with Matidor has been wonderful overall. It is easy to see what a project is waiting for or what the next action should be. It is very straight-forward to see whether we are on track to meet reporting deadlines or client commitments. We are expanding the portion of Matidor's functionalities we use as team members get more comfortable with the software. The Matidor team are responsive when questions arise.

Matidor is great! It is so useful to see projects on a map and listed. It's easy to efficiently organize tasks and follow the progress of projects. It is so helpful to have a central location for site and project information. Victor is happy to help and responds promptly when I have questions.

All of the functionalities and capabilities of Matidor can be overwhelming at first. It took a bit of time to get comfortable and familiar with the program.

Great. I do recommend. Anyone requiring customized mapping and budget reporting capability to support field projects should give this a try.

Very user friendly and has a much better interface than competitors. The support team is super responsive, usually immediate. The cost is much lower than alternatives

We use for ARO work. Unfortunately Matidor is Not as engrained with other departments, so it’s harder to get buy-in to take the product and get max use out of it

My experience with Matidor has been good. It is great for when I am collecting information in the field.

Matidor is great for project management and having projects displayed spatially. And if I have any questions. Victors is always there to answer my questions!

I do not find Matidor intuitive on where to find features.

Matidor is a great tool to communicate efficiently and effectively with staff. If the GIS could provide more accuracy/ sync with bluetooth that would be wonderful. The support from Victor and the Matidor team is incredible and helps so much in learning the software and supporting our team with learning something new.

Matidor is a great tool for field use and in office use for consistent communication between staff. Being able to store all of the forms in Matidor makes it easier for field staff to complete the proper information required for the task at hand. Victor is always available to help and is so quick to get me a response.

The GIS portion of Matidor is not quite accurate when trying to find or pin exact locations. It would be great to be able to directly sync a GPS to Matidor via bluetooth. We are currently having to use other options for GPS accuracy and mapping and then upload it into Matidor as a separate file which is slightly frustrating to some users preventing them from wanting to migrate information into Matidor. It would also be great to have a 'direction' view on the location pin that shows your location such as in google maps. This would make navigating a site easier. The app slows down while uploading field photographs which is essential for field work.

My team is able to better manage site operations through the use of geospatial software like Matidor. Saves us money by being organized two thumbs up.

Matidor is an excellent tool to help track, organize, and communicate information. It can be used for a number of purposes from project management, budget monitoring, and communication.

Matidor is flexible and customizable which allows us to set up a system and procedures that meet our unique needs. Their customer service and response time is excellent and they are always willing to help provide a solution or workaround to resolve any concerns.

Matidor isn't always intuitive for all users. Some people can be overwhelmed by the number of alternatives or ways to view information within the system but with time they typically learn what works best for them.

I have been using Matidor for a while now, and I have to commend the outstanding customer service and support I have received. One aspect that stands out is the responsiveness (even late at night and weekends!) of Victor. Anytime I run into an issue or have a request, Victor resolves it efficiently. Victor's technical expertise combined with his approachable attitude makes my experience using the software seamless and reassuring.

Impressive responsiveness , great attitude and makes you feel supported and issues/requests are quickly resolved.

Some Excel features that I hope one day gets translated to Matidor.

FYI: Con of the software not the person.

It has been a positive experience so far, from demo to implementation has gone quite smooth and the sales team has been there to help with any questions.

First the sales team are responsive and actually listen to your needs before offering solutions that will solve your problems and streamline productivity. It is an intuitive software.

Don't have a complaint yet. Everything works as advertised

The program has become essential in our program tracking for micro and macro data for our client projects. I often recommend Matidor to others needing program tracking software related to environmental work.

I use Matidor extensively in my day to day updating and tracking, as well as for monthly and annual summaries. I'm able to find exactly what I need, and have ability to export the information our clients need, at a moments notice. Visually, the program is very user friendly, and we've had success in training our new hires, and even our clients when we have extended user access to them for their projects.

Relatively speaking, the program is still a bit new so there are bugs to work out every now and then, but luckily their team always responds very quickly to in-program bug fix requests.

Easy to use and stay organized. I have used other programs in the past and Matidor is the most visually appealing and performs well.

Functional, and user-friendly way to track projects and costs. Customer service is top notch. This is a great program.

No concerns yet that we haven't been able to work through

It's been a good experience so far! Looking forward to the new features and the other things Matidor will have in the future.

Victor is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very reliable! He has made this process much easier.

The daily summary emails don't always show all the sites that have been updated, so it's a little difficult keeping track of updates that way.

I think that Matidor has a lot of useful tools and functions that can be used - takes a bit of self-exploration and trial and error to see all the capabilities that Matidor has to offer. The ability to customize and build templates based on your companies needs is impressive. My company is starting to get more buy in with Matidor, i believe that when the team is clear on the systems capabilities and start to use it more, they will recognize that it will be a very helpful tool for internal and external uses!

I like that all templates/forms/tasks/reports are customizable with various field options to choose from and organize based on your needs, it allows high visibility of projects across a map, it allows for various integrations to other systems, the system is pretty user friendly and intuitive when set up for your needs, the Matidor team is very responsive and helpful whenever there are questions/issues that arise

Cannot change pin colour to differentiate projects from proposals and BD opportunities, there can be issues with integrations pulling correct information from other systems, difficult to search specific photo files and see that specific file on the map, (only pulls up coordinates which can be difficult to navigate where the photo was taken on the map when there are multiple photo files on site), there are some fields in the data and reports customization that you cannot move around to visible columns
