For nearly ten years, Mconf.org provided a complimentary web conferencing service to a vast number of users. Unfortunately, the financial and logistical difficulties involved in maintaining the platform led to the difficult decision to shut it down. Following this closure, the organization behind Mconf.org introduced a new web conferencing service named Elos, which users can test at no charge. Our dedication to the open-source community continues to be robust, and we plan to enhance this website shortly to highlight our latest contributions. Central to Mconf's offerings is Mconf-Live, which is developed on BigBlueButton, a platform widely regarded as one of the best open-source web conferencing solutions currently available. Our relationship with BigBlueButton goes beyond simple usage; we are committed to actively supporting its development. Mconf has created various modules, such as the video dock, layouts module, global audio, and guest feature, all tailored to enhance the user experience.
