    We've been using MedTrainer for several years now, and it’s been a consistently valuable tool for our team.
    Their customer service is also top-notch — always responsive, helpful, and quick to resolve any issues that come up. It's clear they genuinely care about their clients' experience and success.

    Negative

    The only drawback we've experienced is with billing. MedTrainer does audit accounts periodically for additional active users and will charge accordingly, which is understandable. However, they do not automatically audit for decreased user activity or disabled accounts. This means that unless you proactively communicate with their team to remove or deactivate users for billing purposes, you may continue to be charged for inactive accounts. It's important to stay on top of user management and notify them directly of any changes to avoid unnecessary charges.

    Overall MedTrainer is very easy to use and has a great support tea. Just wish that the glitches stop and that our needs get moved up the chain a little bit faster.

    I like the support that MedTrainer offers. The customer support team is always willing to help. Our representative is also very good and voices our opinions and needs to the fore front.

    There are a lot of bugs and things aren't always 100% effective. Updates cause glitches which can be difficult to navigate.

    My experience with MedTrainer has been excellent from customer service to platform support. Every time I have reached out with a question, I get an immediate response.

    MedTrainer is an easy to learn system to bring education and compliance up-to-date. It has out of the box solutions and also the capability to customize education and training. It is easy to run reports to demonstrate compliance.

    At first we had some issues with courses not completing in the system but we figured out what was causing the issue right away. Customer service was excellent.

    I find it very easy to use and assign to others. It has additional components for credentialing and for MSDS.

    It has a very large library to choose from for education for my staff. It also is very user-friendly. It has specific trainings for ambulatory surgery centers which is extremely helpful. We just assign courses on a monthly basis and it is very easy to track

    Some courses can be a bit lengthy or boring but that is typical with any educational assignment.
