    I have enjoyed using MeridianLink for account openings. There is a lot of flexibility on what we can do on our end to make it work for our specific needs as a credit union.

    MeridianLink has great integration with our Core, is visually appealing, and easy to understand, and is organized neatly.

    Negative

    You have to click twice frequently, once to click off an app and once to click on it. I also think its weird how some of the pop-ups aren't in modern experience.

    Overall MeridianLink is very easy to use. I just prefer the older version best. Had less issues. Which I know the newer version may just still have kinks to work out.

    I don't like the new look. It runs together and is easier to overlook places. Also the new MeridianLink glitches and doesn't save information a lot. Gets frustrating.

    MeridianLink is perfect for my job but there's room for improvement

    over all the application functions great works well, does exactly what we need it to do. It is easy to use and understand, load times a normally fast and there's hardly any issues/ bugs. great product for banking/lending

    I like the simplicity and flow of Meridian Link, the calculation tools, filling out applications is super easy and efficient. side loading funded loans into my companies banking soft wear always works as expected and MeridianLink hardly every has any soft wear bugs and when they do the fix is usually very fast!

    Negative

    I wish there was more customization on my working queue like filters for client I need to revisit, or ones that I am waiting on me to respond, leaving notes and comments for just me to view regarding the client so I can make sure I'm keeping track of things instead of keeping it in my head or on another application. 4 months ago for 1 day only, they changed the way comments were visually displayed and it was great being able to see notes just on the front screen but then they removed it, and we never saw it again. I would like to see more customization for organizing our applications.
    I would like to see some edits to the trade line screen for manual changes or the ability to copy application that I created to the trade line for other requests to be visible. it can get very confusing to be working on 2 or 3 refinances with 1 client so some changes to the trade lines on the underwriting tab would be very nice to see

    Overall I definitely recommend, the application is super easy to use. Our team likes how streamlined everything is.

    I have used different applications and this one by far is the most streamlined. I enjoy how everything is in one place and you can easily input information. The system helps guide you through the process and lets you know if you are missing information. When working on loans we can easily access different tabs and adjust things as needed. For us this is a one stop shop.

    Negative

    It would be nice to have a more detailed recent tab. Currently only the last 5 are displayed. Its not a deal breaker but an update would be nice.

    Overall the program is good, there could be some minor changes to make it a more seamless experience. When there are certain errors it will give a code instead of saying what the actual error is which can cause some inconvenience. Other than that it is easy to use.

    I like that it is easy to navigate. I like how the different statues are color coded so that it's easy to manage your queue.

    Negative

    There is a lot of lag and crashing at times. I also do not like that you have to manually press save for every change. Autosave would save a lot of time and ensure better accuracy.

    Overall, I enjoy using and training from the Modern Experience Meridianlink. I remember using the original LoansPQ and it was very technical and clicky. The change to Modern Experience and the continued enhancements have made the system easy to use.

    I am a Trainer a small credit union. I facilitate the training for loan navigation and we truly enjoy using Meridianlink Modern Experience. This was a huge improvement from the original view. Navigation is easy and the look is easy o the eyes.

    I have seen great improvements in the system. The only con I can think of is that is too many options on the columns in the Queues.
