    Any and all sites who use meta pay need to discontinue use and this site needs to be shut down. No security measures that actually benefit the user are put into use, no way to track or verify payments made on your card through another user etc. Do not put your information into this site anywhere!!!

    They are thieves and probably accruing interest from holding people’s money and refusing to release it! This company has kept money from me for weeks now. Their support team probably consists of one person, covering the entire US, working for his mother’s basement!! Completely dishonest business.     Initially it was easy to use. However, looks can be deceiving!!! I thought it was great the first few times of using it. It will all change though. Even if you’re sending or receiving money from the same person! They have even started screwing things up with my brothers account.

    My brother and I have used this service multiple times without issues. Then, out of the blue, they decided they needed to verify my identity for $170.00 payment. I completed everything requested. A week later, after multiple phone calls, I received a message stating everything was successfully verified. A week after that message, and more phone calls, they still will not release the money.

    Nothing at all! I don't think Meta/Facebook Payments is reliable. I wonder whether they'll refund the money I paid for an in-game item, but haven't received it so far!!!! They say the purchase was NOT complete, but my credit card says THE OPPOSITE: I have to pay for something I DO NOT HAVE.

    *It took me 4 attempts to reach a live agent who said they could fix things for me then all of a sudden I had another agent who couldn't do anything but send me to a supervisor who would likely reach me by the end of the day.
    *My child needed medicine 2 days ago. That's why I had the money transferred 2 days ago. And they want to make me wait another 24 hours.

    Very easy to use obviously. At least for criminals who want to steal your money. I hope whoever used Meta Pay to steal my money was stupid enough to use an account that can be traced back to them personally, so they can be charged accordingly.

    Someone used Meta Pay to charge or transfer money out of my Cash App account through multiple transactions. Thankfully Cash App stopped further transactions due to suspicious activity and sent me a text stating this and asked if I made those transactions. When I told them "no", they took me directly to a page where I canceled my Cash App card (which I had not lost) and ordered a new one. Lesson: Meta Pay accounts can be set up by anyone pretending to be whoever. That seems like a perfect way for cyber criminals to hide their identity, steal people's money, and get away with it.

    Sent a friend payment of forty dollars. Was charged twice for one transaction and even though hers didn't go through, Isabel from live chat accused me of making the mistake. Also claims they cannot refund my money. Gave me a link for receiving party to use to fix problem and it's just an unavailable page!     Will never use them again. Now that i have found out there is no customer service or support for this product i will never use it again the only pro was the convenience, and they have also managed to destroy that aspect.

    Nothing used all the time until recently and found out their support is non-existent. worst experience I have ever had with a support team. they have all the answers ready and spew them out with well rehearsed lines while never addressing your problem. if a product does not have proper support it is useless.

    A payment shows pending and they say you don't have a payment method on file when you have used the same payment method for two years. It will let you send money but not receive it, I sat on their chat help from 4 in the afternoon until someone finally answered the online chaat 2am, at 4pm the chat stated an agent had joined the chat. They have canned answers for everything and don;t even look at the transaction you are contacting them about. They told me a payment was over seven days old and sent back to the sender when the payment was just send the previous day. They blocked me from their online chat because I questioned what they were telling me, then closed my account for fraud activity after I tried to do what they told me and put on another payment method.
