Cheap copypaste version of Google Ads with poor support
Date: Jan 24 2022SummaryThe service is stuck in a bunch of technical problems that they haven't been able to solve for a long time - for example, user name of an account. In Google Ads it's not a big issue, but here I lost dozens of hours talking with useless support. Plus the service is always linked to another terrible service live.com which also gives its own issues like locking your account because of "Suspicious behaviour". If they had solved all the technical problems and inconveniences, the service would have been rated above average, although not up to Google Ads. But technical support and bug fixing on Microsoft ads is just terrible.

- That's all!Negative- Their support reps don't have any power or knowledge to solve any of your technical problems you may encounter, they just explain you why you don't need any of the bugged features.
