Sometimes our employees get into long discussions that do not benefit us, I would like the software to quickly detect this behavior or have an automatic blocking of obscene words so that our employees have a better behavior in our social network.

- Microsoft support takes a long time to answer support tickets. We have sent tickets when we didn't understand how the delete post system worked, we had to figure it out on our own as support hadn't responded yet.

Microsoft Viva Engage is a service that is very worthwhile mainly because it helps employees to interact with each other, this platform helps a lot for employees to connect constantly, you can share ideas, create publications and make comments no matter where you are. where they are. This platform has immediate access through a mobile phone application, so if you need to use this platform to stay connected and interact with your employees, you will have to download it on your mobile phone. The operation within the mobile phone and the computers has been quite good, they have provided us with comfort and a quite good experience in general. Next, I will mention the things that I liked the most about this business communication platform.

1.- One of the main things that I like about this platform is the real-time operation, with real-time operation I mean that all the publications are uploaded to the platform and to the cloud immediately, each publication that is make within this social network, it can be viewed by all employees instantly, in addition, all the comments that have been made within a publication can also be viewed by all employees in real time. Real-time operation is one of the things that I have loved the most, since it allows all employees to interact constantly, in addition, they can view all the interaction in real time, without delays.

2.- Another thing that I liked about this platform is the messaging interaction service, this service allows you to create various work groups where there can be communication through a Live Chat, these chats that are created within this platform helps a lot with my employees' communication, also, it helps a lot with the interaction of a specific work team, for example, the marketing sector wants to use this platform, where they can interact as a team and share ideas and solutions to solve activities every day. In addition, this system is also used to send messages individually, each employee can send a direct message to a specific colleague or to an employee from another work area.

3.- Another of the features that I like within this platform is regarding the statistics system, this statistics system helps me understand the interaction system that has been working in my company during the last months or specific weeks, for For example, I can statistically visualize the interaction that our employees have had within this social network in a specific week, this helps me understand how many publications have been created, how many comments have been created, an interaction can be understood as decreasing or increasing, and many more things, without a doubt this statistical function helps me understand the process of communication of all employees within the company.

4.- The fourth thing that I have loved about this platform is that it works in an integrated way with the Microsoft 365 system, this helps to have an immediate connection with any type of Microsoft service, it has an excellent integration with the service from the Microsoft cloud, also with systems like Office, and also has an immediate connection with the SharePoint system. This integration is very beneficial, and helps us to do various things within any Microsoft service in a connected way with our Viva Engage social network service. I love the integration service, since I can use all the Microsoft tools within this Social Network, in addition, I can modify documents in collaboration with my work team while we interact within this Social Network.

5.- I have also loved that this platform allows me to create much more complete publications than on any other platform, since I can create publications and there is no type of limit in the text that can be inserted, in addition, you can update any type of image to attach to each post, you can also set various Videos on the number of things I can write within that post, and you have poor limits on the number of images you can upload in a specific post. The publication creation system is impressive, and it has left me quite satisfied. It is important to note that to make a comment on a publication, there are limits and the number of characters that can be written.

Microsoft Viva Engage is a service that is very worthwhile mainly because it is able to connect an entire company within one place, interaction is the main thing that benefits from this platform, however, I have also noticed several negative things about of this platform. I will mention them below.

1.- One of the main negative things that this platform has is that it is quite difficult to use, the adaptation process for new users is quite complicated, it is a very difficult platform to use since you have to know what the attitude is how to configure it and integrate it with the various Microsoft services, in addition, you have to know how to create publications, and how to modify the audience that can view those publications. It is quite a complex process, adapting to this platform can be a bit complicated for some users. I highly recommend using a commissioned and trained team to perform the primary adaptation role for this platform.

2.- The second negative thing that this platform has is that there is no type of function to limit the number of publications that a specific user can create, on the one hand it is very positive that there are no limits on the publications that are can create in a general way, since this helps other employees to keep interacting within the platform, however, it would be excellent if the christian system could regulate the number of publications that a specific user can create, since there are some occasions in which an employee does not stop creating posts every day, which causes only that employee to keep interacting with the others. It's very important that we simply put the system in place to limit the number of posts for each employee, so that we can make sure that every employee engages every day.

3.- The high costs of this platform are also a negative factor, I consider that it is a social network for companies that is quite expensive compared to others, despite the fact that it has an immediate connection with the Microsoft system and a fairly constant integration and stable, I consider that the prices used by this platform are quite high, it offers quite good tools and features so that users can develop constant communication, however, the prices should be more tied to reality so that small companies can have access to that platform.

Although it leaves much to be desired in terms of security and confidentiality among the chat rooms that this application offers, it is a good network management application with programming tools and collaboration with other employees pays to manage an effective network management in our company.
