I had to edit a PDF image document for a client making an offer to purchase a home. I was able to accomplish this task from my phone while going to a family event. Without having the app, I would not have been able to do edit while my wife was driving. I would have to have return home, edit the document and then go to the event.

The ability to edit PDF’s on the fly from my phone. Then accessing the file remotely from online storage.

There were some hiccups in the beginning, but I like using PDF Extra.

I have had the best experience using this tool and can only recommend it to anyone looking for a seamless PDF experience.

Finding a decent PDF converter is hard as there are so many scammers out there. I have been able to amend, edit and process all the required PDF documents I needed using PDF extra without any issues or restrictions. It is truly an amazing resource and very user friendly. I can highly recommend this to anyone searching for a valuable resource to work with.

I have not experienced any cons using this tool at all.

I would use this again because it's less costly than using Adobe. I had no issues reported for the software.

I like that I can use PDF Extra at work. It really helps to fill and edit documents with ease. The navigation is user friendly.

What's there not to like? I found that the program is easy to use.

Brilliant, now free adobe is discontinuing some of the simple options like turning the landscape on a page this is a cheap alternative.

All of it, easy to use, quick to set-up and more functions than the free adobe but also a great alternative to the paid for version also.

The product and the support back up was out standing. The PDF extra do what exactly it supposed to do, the product support team resolve any customer issues in a very timely manner.

The basic file was bit heavy as it take bit more time to load up than in some cases.

At this price point, I really can't complain much. The app has all the PDF features you need and also works like a charm on my not-so-new PC. All they have to do is add a convenient way to compare documents, otherwise I find the product great for the kind of work I do.

The app is very straightforward to use, I didn't have to look up any tutorials since the interface is so well laid out. In terms of features, it has everything you can expect from a PDF product, but I personally use the file conversion and editing features the most. It supports all common formats, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, which is great since I often have to work with Microsoft file formats. It also doesn't break the formatting during conversion, which is something I've seen other apps do.

You can't really compare documents side by side, or at least I didn't find the option. Right now, you have to open two separate instances, which is not great when you're working on a single monitor, which I suspect is the case for many users like me. Hopefully, that will get added in a future update.

I was not about to pay Adobe's extortionate prices. This does everything I need without needing to look up guides.

It's way cheaper than Adobe and it actually works fine offline. It looks like it gets updated very frequently and new things keep popping up.

Some files that a long time to open. Sometimes big files open quickly but small files open slowly.

I really like the app when it comes to documents better than Adobe, the app is just a little too expensive for what your not getting like having to pay for storage as well. Other than that I really like it.

I like the edit feature of Pdf because sometimes when your just filling in it only takes a certain size font and you can't change it to make everything fit but with the edit feature you can just add something like a text box and that way you can control the font and make sure everything fits on the line of a pre-filled document.

I don't like that you can't move through devices more throughly, even with the mobile drive. The fact that the mobile drive and pdf are two separate purchases is a no for me too because why can't it be just one set price.

Great product at a great price that does everything I need and runs smoothly on both my phone and laptop. Highly recommended!

Looks like a native Microsoft app, which is great since I didn’t waste any time familiarizing myself with the product and started working straight away. I find PDF Extra’s workflow to be superior to Adobe’s as the interface is much more straightforward to use, so I get more done in less time. The software has lots of pretty handy features, but probably the ones I use the most include merging multiple files into one PDF, the built-in file compressor, and the options to convert PDFs to Microsoft Word and PowerPoint files.

Perhaps the only slight downside I have noticed so far is the inability to open multiple documents in separate tabs instead of new instances as it is right now. Would love it if this could get addressed at some point in the future.

PDF Extra is a very user friendly software. I Like the fact that it allows me to combine multiple documents into one comprehensive PDF.

This product is pretty user friendly. I am able to combine multiple documents to make one PDF where in the past I would have to have multiple PDFs.

I still have trouble sometimes when I have a PDF where I have pages faces different ways.

It’s an overall good app to use and easy as well. I am really Happy with this application, it has helped me get done with a lot of documentation.

Purchasing PDF extra has helped me go totally paperless and that has helped me become more productive.

User-friendly is a huge PLUS as well as all the features. I have not explored them all yet. But so far I love working with it.
My job is a remote position and I love the Stamps and Digital Signatures, as well as creating a Form. I am constantly having to create a form as I am in the Medical Administrative Field and PDF X makes it very easy and less time-consuming, which is a HUGE PLUS when a New Form is needed. And even if you have to Update an old form. Scan it, PDF X will recognize the text and you can RECREATE a brand new form that looks a lot more Professional. My next form will be using the QR feature to take payments. Scan the QR Code on your Statement and pay your bill!! I am almost finished with it. Can't wait until my Patients See this feature!!

Cannot figure out how to open/use "Multiple Tabs".

I love this program. It just needs to add some more features, so we don't need another apps to finish our work.

It's very easy to use. I can easily edit and convert the files. It's really pleasant to use these features as it has a simple and effective layout.

I wanted to embed fonts, so I can publish my books, but or it doesn't allow me, or the feature doesn't work. I don't remember, but I know that I am dependent on another company for that. I hope you solve it as I would love to so everything with PDF Extra.

With the file security feature and quick signature options, the product is highly useful and highly recommended.

The software is very easy to understand and use. Great for creating and editing. The document lock or security is highly recommended and useful.

File saving is rather slow and printing document takes a while too.

I needed an easy to navigate pdf editor to file legal papers and it was exactly what I was looking for. I was able to save the file and access it immediately from my laptop when I was ready to print. Well worth the subscription!

I was able to use and edit pdfs on my phone and laptop without having to download the file each time I needed to switch between platforms.

The app was harder to navigate editing, but turned out to be an issue with a glitch that was fixed in an update.

Overall this is a very good PDF Editor, good price for the money. Helps me a lot in my real estate small business.

I very much like how easy it is to edit and sign documents. Conversion between file formats is easy and I use it daily.

They should improve the digital certificates. I find it a bit difficult to work with.
