Overall, I am very satisfied with Motion Array. I can always find what I need for my videos in their asset library and easily incorporate them.

- everything I need, including music, transitions, titles, PSD assets, and more!
- covers multiple platforms like FCPX, Premiere, and Resolve

- the adobe plugin doesn't work as well as I would like
- instructions on some assets could be clearer

Motion Array's handling of my issue with their product showcases a disheartening disregard for fairness, compassion, and balanced resolution. Engaging with them feels akin to stepping onto an uneven playing field, where their policies are devised to ensure their financial gains, regardless of the detrimental impact on their customers. Be warned: their policies read like a cautionary tale, illustrating how your hard-earned money could disappear into a void of dissatisfaction.

My initial engagement with Motion Array was fueled by the endorsement of a social media influencer who painted a picture of seamless functionality. However, the reality was starkly different. I invested considerable time and effort, grappling with unsuccessful attempts to integrate their assets into FCPX. Their provided instructions, those accompanying the asset, and even the guidance from the very influencer who pledged ease of use led to a frustrating dead end.

After a grueling four-hour endeavor that sapped my patience and resources, I reached a breaking point and requested a refund. Hours crawled by before Motion Array responded, only to point me to their policy that cunningly disqualifies refund requests if an asset has been downloaded. This tactic reeks of a deliberate strategy to shield themselves from accountability. Given the intricate nature of their offerings, it's an unfortunate reality that the true extent of their shortcomings becomes apparent only after you've taken the leap into the abyss of downloads.

In essence, their policy serves as a protective barrier that shields them from having to confront their failures and disappointments head-on. It's a blatant indication that they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction and are unwilling to address the glaring disparity between promises made and actual delivery.

Consider this a red flag for anyone contemplating a transaction with Motion Array. My own experience has left me disillusioned, and it's a testament to their modus operandi that others are likely to encounter the same fate. A company that operates with such a one-sided stance towards its customers is not one that deserves your trust or your hard-earned money. Let my cautionary tale serve as a beacon of awareness: tread carefully and weigh your options wisely before engaging with Motion Array.

There is absolutely nothing to like about this company.

There is absolutely no customer support and their refund policy is designed to take your money and never give it back. Please read it for yourself and do your self a favor and stay clear of this criminal organization.

It has cost me over £80 to try and get these to work on other platforms for them to admit that you have to piece it all together yourself as they all come out of order. Scam stay away.

It's a scam - nothing works. All links are broken. They make you buy adobe and about another 6 platforms to try to make it work.

I've been able to make some amazing videos thanks to this site. I would have stuck with story block if their monthly option was better priced, but found this and it's been amazing.

Huge variety of styles.
Easy to use.
A lot of plug and play options.
Great music option available.
Good monthly price option.

They changed the search feature, sometimes makes it harder to find what you want.
Some of the projects just don't work and there's no way to report these.
