Not very happy. Started out fine and has gone way down hill!

Right now- Nothing!

Support is terrible. You used to be able to talk on the phone and work out the problems but now it's only by email slowing things up. It has allot of flaws in the design program that will not allow to make some field condition modifications.

Go buy another software, the lease is not a good idea, price almost doubled in 2 years.
I was happy with it on the beginning, but the price almost doubled again.

Easy to learn.
They still adding more options but at this moment it became a way over price.
Also it does not use a usb key and this is a plus.

Since it was acquired by Cyncly, price increased very fast almost doubled.
It is not a value anymore, looking for alternative.
price at this moment is not reflecting the new contract pricing, buyer be aware abut the hidden new pricing.

When I asked for a refund for a poor quality product, they refused, said they would find a solution, but only dragged on for a while, and then said that my time was up. I categorically do not recommend this company and their products.

Nothing.

They sell what they can't make. They don't have postprocessors for the machines but they declare that they have them. In a word, they are deceiving.

The only problem is they treat you like you are dumb and you made the mistake. The biggest problem with the software is parameters change randomly especially after a major update. This has cost me a lot of time and money on occasion. They then deflect the problem back on to you and say that you changed the parameters. After 3 years and 3 large production cnc machines at 36 cabinets a day you would think I know what I am doing with their program.
I can take an old laguna 4x8 cnc and gut it to the frame. Completely replacing all the components servos, drivers, spindle and operating systems, but I am unable to understand and operate their software???????

The software has real potential. Like all software it is a little buggy. It is very intuitive and saves lots of time in the fine details. It us very easy to operate for the new user and powerful enough to make some very complex products.

The people are rude arrogant and condescending. The software must be proofed completely before each run. The random changes have cost me thousands over the last 3 years. Apparently their attorneys told them if they admit fault they are liable, so you are the idiot that made the mistake.

It was a good company, but like most investment firms, Cyncly will bleed Mozaik for cash and ruin it.
I've been a subscriber since 2015.
Im looking for an alternative now bc they aren't a great value any longer.

I did like the value exchange... cost vs features was favorable.
Nest sheets, cut lists, design features, etc.

Now after increasing what I pay by 75%, their tech service is worse, they have removed features, and they announce yet another price increase coming with renewals in 2024.

It's like building a family and then getting betrayed. I was paying subscription since 2016 and now shafted with a 50% increase.

I do a project every 2-3 months and liked the pricing. Multi-print option is really cool and useful in presenting the drawings to customers.

But now in jan 2023 they jacked prices up almost double from $50 to $95, which is ridiculous, given the fact that the software has already been made, and they don't spend much to improve it. I’m ok with price increases, but this got me looking at 2020. Sad I’ve been Using/supporting Mozaik since 2017 and got really good at it. I think loyal customers should have gotten some sort of option to lock in a grandfathered plan or something.
Feels like a slap in the face….
