Nothing is broken or needs fixing. They are very responsive to our suggestions.

We have had a few technical issues, but the MVIX support team has always been there to help and quick to respond.

I can have my marketing companies create signage and slideshows and publish them remotely so that they are always up to date!

I can't think of a single thing I don't like about the solution!

CMS display systems should be flexible and easy to use. That has not been the case for us after migration.

When they work correctly they are great. We have been Mvix customers for several years and under version 2 the system seemed very stable. We very seldom had a need to contact support. This has changed now that we had to migrate to version 3. See cons below.

We have used Mvix for several years. In late 2022 we were told that we wold be migrating from V2 to V3 and that with a very few exceptions our media, templates, zones and schedules would migrate without issues. Out migration date was November 14, 2022 and now five months later we continue to have issues. The new V3 web portal was not made available to us until migration day so it was new to us We have had to abandon some of our previously used content types (scrolling text from HTML) as they are no longer stable in the new V3 system. Last week we had to stop using a zone with a Vimeo link as the system will not play the video. Response from the support arm of Mvix seemed not well prepared for the migration and it has not responded well to us under our multitude of issues.

We are very pleased with our purchase! The Displays are used daily to update our employees on upcoming jobs/responsibilities.

The Digital Signs look great! ... They are completely customizable, and easy to administer once the initial set-up is complete.

Getting the content configured was a little tedious and time consuming at first, but the Mvix support team was very helpful.

Put this in for my customer to see the digital signage and they love it, and the info that it put out there is awesome.

This system is easy to use and system support is great, the flexibility of the programing is great. Tons of content that you can customize for your business needs.

Online programming could be more user friendly but not hard.

Overall, I'm happy using it weekly to add flyers and information to our monitors. I'm always learning new features to assist me as well.

Once you play around for a bit, Mvix Digital Signage is very user friendly. Don't fret if you get lost or confused because customer service is friendly and accommodating.

I don't personally have any cons to using Mvix, occasionally I'll have an issue, but it's usually easily resolvable.

We have been using MVIX for years and they have always been fast to help fix any issues and their products work great whenever you need them.

The equipment and software is super flexible and allows us to modify anything we need to adapt to changing seasons and make sure our advertising is up to date every day.

The only complaint I would have is the short delay that exists when updating content online and it takes a few minutes for that to update on the equipment.

Would recommend this product to anyone wanting to get into digital signage, the ease of use and the quality of the product the sky's the limit of what you can create and display.

The ease of use, completely web based, and now the integration of Canva it makes my announcements really stand out.

Haven't had too many issues with the product and or the platform.

It's mostly admins that provide the content inside a template that was designed and approved by the Marketing department.

Ease of set-up from the tech side and ease of operation and instruction to the various collegiums around campus.

Nothing about this product was a con in my opinion.

Large library of media content. Ever-growing templates. Smart playlist feature is wicked cool. No per use fee... everybody from our marketing department has access and we take turns each week. It has made a big difference in communication with our office team. It also serves as a reminder of upcoming events, deadlines and birthdays and anniversaries etc.

Very intuitive software for updating content on players. We display images, videos, websites, Twitter feeds. It allows us to break up the screen into different areas and display altogether. ultra cool! We eliminated all paper poster boards in our hallways and replaced with many 55inch display screens. This is something we had hoped to do for a long time.

Nothing! I have yet to find anything I don't care for.

Their players and software are very good. Reliable. Super less expensive.
player setup and publishing content is extremely easy. Amazing design templates - clean & contemporary. We really like their Canva integration.
When we purchased their system, they provided a detailed proposal. Everything was line itemized. We did 2 demos with Dan and were impressed. He provided us with implementation guidance which was very helpful.

These guys have one of the best customer service across all our vendors. Very attentive, knowledgeable and FAST! Every time we will need help, they would respond within minutes and then call to confirm if all is ok. We signed up for their Signature service plan - and it has been awesome. Justin is one of the nicest guy, not to mention, extremely diligent and thorough when it comes to solving problems. 5-star!

Had to work with our IT team to overcome firewall issues and it delayed our implementation. Mvix team was patient but could barely help on our network setup and blockages.

I really enjoy this product after several years of use and much assistance from tech services. I make new media often and gather pictures from staff to post. I have also used media from the internet. The product is engaging, as well as being educational, entertaining and motivating.

I like the ability to make my own media and the upload is fairly easy.

The customer service is very responsive to requests for help.

I found the software difficult to learn at first, however, with the new update, it is much easier.
