Amazingly easy to use.
Date: Nov 04 2022SummaryI have a 2 person sales team. Both use the estimator several times a week. As the admin, I can see and keep track of each of their sales activities. Our sales have increased, our reporting is a breeze (they are custom and come right out of the estimator for each of our different departments), our sales people are happy. What more could you ask for. Our service manager loves, loves, loves the reports we created. So do our dispatcher and AP folks.
PositiveSo many times software seems like they want to see how many times they can make you click a button. My Service Builder is not that way, things are easy to find with few clicks.
The prices are right in line with some other far more expensive apps.
The support is great and you can actually call the phone number and get a person!NegativeIt would be nice if it added in tasks. It does have what they call "sales task" samples you can add to agreements, or not. But they don't generate a set of tasks for our techs. Which is ok since we were already doing that in our dispatch program.
