I don't like the start we're off to with MyDraw. First the website doesn't work, I tell them the download on the site doesn't work. Then I got an email back stating to download it from the OEM website instead (I was already doing that).

MyDraw looks / appears to have some issues on Mac. I'll bet it works fine on Windows however but, not so much for OSX users.

Nothing - software download wasn't working for days. Had contacted customer support, finally got it installed only to find out it is not compatible with OSX 10.15.

Fails to launch. Emailed customer support to see if the system requirements are for Big Sur or not.

Won't run on OSX 10.15. Have to modify the launch settings ini file in the resource directory to disable Mac fonts. It feels like ported and patch-job here.

Ease of use and the ability to save your file in many different formats. I love using MyDraw for both technical and non-technical projects.

Short learning curve and easy to understand steps. Great practical starter templates and the ability to create your own.

I don't see anything negative about MyDraw. Please keep improving it as you go forward.

Overall, my experience was very satisfying. I needed to contact customer support for the registration process and they did respond in a timely manner, staying on top of my issue until it was resolved

The license entry and authorization process is a little confusing. Once registered, the program works great

It was a very pleasant experience so far.
I was interested in a software to blend brainstorming with diagrams and MyDraw seems a good fit.

- clean organized user interface
- the connectors felt ergonomic to my workflow if I could call it that way
- lot of export formats (however, I could not test AutoCAD compatibility)
- collaboration functionality but not extensively tested because of trial

- I miss a page panning option (middle mouse click feels outdated)
rather a 'Alt+RightMouseClick' for panning the worksheet.

It's easy to point and click and learn as you go. Once you get the hang of it, it's easy to use. The templates are great.

MyDraw has some extensive capabilities. It's easy to use and make changes. Some great templates are included.

A bit of a learning curve to do what I want but that is to be expected. I would like to see more tutorials. Perhaps I have just not found them yet.

MyDraw is similar to, and compatible with, Microsoft Visio. Maybe Microsoft should license this as the Mac version, since they don't seem to want to do that with Visio.

It runs on macOS, has Visio compatibility, and allows me to create the graphs & flows that I need. It's also fairly easy to use, similar to Visio.

My only real complaint is that I can only run it on one of my Macs. It'd be nice if I could install it on both my home and work Macs.

Need only some improvement and then it is highly recommended. if they can fix the starting screen (loading problem) it will be my best app.

Very slow when it starts up.
If you want to start new file the loading screen feels like forever.

I'm an active user from version 2.0. Every newer version was better and better. Today version 5 is great tool and I recommend it to anyone.

This offline solution have plenty of templates to start with, clean user interface, plenty of design options and fantastic set of libraries with design elements. Import and export works perfectly. Just to explain, for example, a line tool options You need 30 minutes or more.

User interface is an excellent one, but gear icon, for more option, is really unnecessary. Loading time should be shorter.

I am so in love with MyDraw! It has everything I needed and most everything I didn't even think to want!

A lot to take in right away. Almost overwhelming if you don't go step by step.

Overall I would highly recommend this program! I have tried so many other options and they all pale in comparison with either a lack of features or a lack of ease of use. MyDraw is different - it is full of features, easy to use and for the price it is one of the best on the market.

The program is full of features and easy to learn. The setup is intuitive and the results that you can achieve are fantastic.

If you're trying to do something simple then this program is great; however, with the number of features that the program offers the learning curve can be steep to master all that it has to offer!

Overall it is a useful tool for drawing and has been a welcome tool in my kitty. Support for MS Visio has been a plus point.

I like the features and the simplicity in the UI. The app is also regularly updated which promises new features.

After using MyDraw for less than a month, this has become my go-to app for network diagramming. Once I create my custom libraries for business floor plans, I expect its usefulness will improve even more.

This is a great product at a price that makes it an absolute steal. Forget Visio; forget SD; just go straight to MyDraw. You won't be sorry.

I own an IT services company and need to create network maps and floorplans for our network installs documentation. I had been using another product (initials SD) for many years, but it was getting dated, and not always the easiest to use. This year I discovered MyDraw and found it to be a superior product in every aspect for my needs.

The learning curve is pretty quick, but the power and flexibility is almost unlimited. Creating and modifying network diagrams was much faster, and it's also very easy to import your own artwork or photos to really customize the equipment. My clients have commented how professional our network documentation packages are, and MyDraw helps us create the visuals quickly and cost-effectively.

One of the HUGE features that MyDraw offers, which I will be using on a regular basis, is the floor plan library. If I had to add one major feature to that other app, this would have been it! Super helpful for my usage.

Being that this is primarily a business app, I was surprised to not find any type of basic business rooms in the floor plan library. The other major omission in the floor plan area is basic architectural objects, e.g. doors, windows, electric outlets, data and phone ports. I am basically having to create these myself, which makes this a little more time-consuming until I build up my own library of those types of shapes.

It had expired before I experienced much. The vector drawing tool and a good number of nice templates are good to see, but an absence of even a basic chemistry drawing tool is something that will make me stay away from this software. Thanks.

# My download of the version 4.3.0 had "unlimited" license when downloaded using a giveaway (as far as I remember), but today I find the message, "The evaluation period has expired".

All in all, despite the major issue, I still give it a 5 stars rating, it doesn't affect my overall experience using this wonderful piece of software, and I hope you fix the issue as soon as possible, it would make the experience much more better.

The most noticeable problem using this software is the inability the deactivate a license until one is on the machine where the software is installed. Being logged into an account should logically give the possibility of deactivating the license, especially if one cannot have access to the machine where the software was previously installed.

Overall I'd have to say it is a very good option if you are looking for a drawing tool. It is my go to tool for drawing.

Easy to use, small learning curve very intuitive to use. Everything is laid out and you have no trouble figuring out how to use it.

I starting using My Draw as an alternative to Visio. It has proved to be reliable and robust.

- Ease of use.
- Range of features.
- Price.

- Limited resolution (e.g. grid spacing).
- Alignment capabilities are limited (e.g. expanding shapes with connected lines).

Good thing I bought the software at a discount, it is definitely not worth the original price. But maybe that's the reason why there are so many discount promotions.

MyDraw works like a macOS program should work, even if the dialogs look more like a Linux app, an adaptation to the macOS guidelines would be nice.

- the license activation is lost when an update is installed.

Overall: an outstanding product that helps to create anything you can do with Visio and then some. Only better and cheaper.

Easy handling, intuitive and good to start with., It is easy to get to a sufficient level of proficiency in order to use for most private or professional standard use cases. It was just what I was looking for. And the price point is almost unbelievable good. Such performance at such a price - its a no brainer. This product is a must who has Visio like demands but does not wish to pay MS proud prices.

HOWEVER: much like other professional grade programs over time you find out that the program can do so much more then you thought and so much more then you KNEW was possible - and that's the issue: it is hard to explore all the possibilities with scattered youtube tutorials. One big video tutorial that explores what this thing can do would help shorten the learning curve. Certainly when I was starting I missed in depth tutorials of all the magic that this outstanding app can offer. So yes: I want tutorials. Lots of tutorials. I am even willing to pay good money for them say on Udemy or whatever other platform comes to mind.

I like it. It's not quite the same so its tricky sometimes. I would say also look at a new design that doesn't look like Visio. Make it a bit more funky.

I like the design of the layout and the stencils. the about of time taken with the different options is great.

I struggle with snap placement stuff. e.g. I am putting a line between two objects and it always tries and snaps to the centre. Super annoying and Visio doesn't do that. I would say your boundary points of the centre of the object are way too wide. if it just worked a bit more like Visio or there was a more basic drawing mode which allowed you to just draw stuff without it caring about all the points on the object.

No matter what your job role is from writing software to writing a novel, MyDraw can help you visualize better once you get the hang of it. Visual thinking is an amazing way to boost creativity and it helps you do just that.

- Very easy to learn and teach, thereby saving a lot of time for teams migrating from other apps.
- The overall process and workflow can be done much quicker than in apps like Visio. Hence a lot of time is saved.

- It would be nice to have multiple installs on a single license as people work with laptops and desktops from time to time.
- The platform is still evolving and some things may not be available sometimes. A minor problem though.
