Ex user of NCR Counterpoint
Date: Oct 27 2021SummaryCounterpoint was a very strong program that met all of our expectations, until it was purchased by NCR. At this time, the upgrades stopped coming and the software stayed behind compared to the competition. It lacked OMNI channel between a brick/ mortar store and a web store. PositiveCounterpoint is a very strong program that we used for many years. It is very flexible and customizable.
NegativeWe feel that once NCR bought Counterpoint, the upgrades slowed down and the software started to fall behind the competition.
