    Not User Friendly for Senior Citizens

    Summary

    Overall. Terrible. Wouldn't recommend this product. It's not user-friendly for senior citizen volunteers. With this application, a campaign is stifled from getting its message out to the voters and is at a serious disadvantage from the start.

    Positive

    It's a software application that can be used by volunteers and staff to get out the vote by either canvassing or making phone calls.

    Negative

    First, this application is definitely not user friendly for senior citizens. It's much too difficult and cumbersome for the user to create an ActionID. It takes too much time for the user to manage to get started. It discourages volunteers from returning.

    As an employee for a political party that hosted phone bank events on behalf of a Congressional campaign on a daily basis, I had to create my own email template to assist volunteers in preparing to make calls later that day. Otherwise, they would leave the phone bank.

    Admittedly, this is my first campaign using this application. But, in the future, I would definitely not recommend this application. It's difficult enough for a Congressional campaign to reach as many voters as possible with an appealing message to win an election. But time is precious in a campaign and should not be wasted on focussing to help a volunteer to even get started to make phone calls. Especially, when other volunteers are making phone calls.

    Thank goodness for Zoom and its features. Otherwise, a campaign would be doomed with this application.
