Overall, the experience with NINJIO has been fabulous. From the first contact with demonstrations through the onboarding process, everything has been smooth and efficient. The Dojo is relatively intuitive and there are numerous resources available to help in case you need it. It has been a great experience.

For us, the number one pro is having the videos hosted via NINJIO. The short videos are far superior to lengthy and often (let's face it) boring once a year trainings that are so common with cyber security. Coupled with the quiz at the end of each video, employees stay engaged. Also, the subject matter is relevant and the tips and tricks are reasonable to the every day person. Finally, administering the trainings is absolutely low maintenance. It is as close to 'set it and forget it' as you can get. Just review the next video and do nothing if you like it or choose from a plethora of past episodes if you don't like it. Simple!

To be honest, there just is not much to say about any cons.

A+ to Ninjio! I love this company. I love their product. I love their customer service. The content they put out is really usable and easily understood. it is relevant and really easy to get through.

The program as a whole is really friendly and the customer service gets 5 stars. My rep answers me within minutes or email her and has helped me make sure our employees stay up to date on completing their training. I have also learned so much from the training videos!

The admin portal could be tweaked to be a little more user-friendly. I would liken the portal to using a Blackberry as opposed to an iPhone. It still does the job but you have navigate and drill down too much to get what you need.

Easy to implement and configure. Options for "style" allowing for more conservative or edgier membership styles. Easy to create phishing campaigns and great reporting. integrates to our learning platform due to industry standard options.

Love it! Even my employees have mentioned how they like the animation. I am questioned more regularly regarding the authenticity of 3rd party emails. Almost no one clicks on links anymore, they just delete emails from unknown parties.

Great content that keeps one's attention based on real cases. Quick and easy! It does not seem like 4 minutes. The quiz at the end is easy and explains the answers if I make a wrong choice.

Location of employee information can be difficult to find.

I think it's a great product and would recommend it to any company. It makes security/compliance training easy to roll out and track.

Micro learning sessions provide compliance training for security in a few minutes a week. It makes it easy to reach compliance goals and provide evidence for certification.

The administration UI can be a little confusing to navigate, but support is quick and helpful when you have a question.

Overall, we have been extremely happy with the service provided to us by NINJIO. I would highly recommend this program to any company looking for some easy cybersecurity training for their employees.

NINJIO has been a great way for all of our employees to stay current on the threats and dangers on the web and how to protect themselves. They really learn from these lessons and it even spurs conversations about it!

With NINJIO Dojo, each employee no longer has easy access to all of the videos previously assigned to them. They can still access prior videos if they have saved the email, though.
