Namely also has the ability to have a billboard that is more like a social media feed where you can share some information with all company employees, like celebrating birthdays or posting a concern. This allows for greater feedback digitally with each employee. In addition, all these "posts" that are created within this platform can be commented on, and can even be reacted to have a better interaction with the employees. So I can say that it has helped a lot with the payroll of employees that is also more intuitive than the basic platforms for HR, you can generate reports of the benefits that you have and also if you want you can have a report of the taxes that are owed to pay.
Positiveº It has a very complete documentation and Namely guides or tutorials are extremely explanatory. In general, these types of platforms are very confusing or outdated with functions that are useful, but they are not well understood as they can really be applied and also with very few examples for practice. I would like not only HR platforms to be like this, but for any platform to provide a wide variety of information on how to apply each function in real life with different types of companies.
º The Namely team is very professional and has always been there when I needed to solve a specific problem or function. I can say with certainty that no problem has been left in the air since everything has been successfully solved, thus allowing the work process to not stop when the human resources area is being managed.
º For me, the reports that I have generated on this platform have been more complete than other similar platforms that are in the same area of ​​work. In addition, it is very organized and if you want to customize it more, it is possible since it gives you the freedom to order, put or remove anything that is necessary or not, giving you more capacity to have a report that adapts to what the company needs.
º It is very complete when you want to have a card for employees where time can be recorded, in addition to having the ability to edit them at any time in case of a setback or breaks are assigned such as vacations, days off or any illness that may have occurred. arisen to avoid confusion in case of thinking that there was a fault within the work time stipulated by the company.
º It is very easy to get into this platform, it is very friendly both for the common user and also for the administrators, who have a very extensive control panel that allows them to manage whatever they want. I can also get an organization chart of the structures of different departments and know how they are constituted. Also when logging in I can see the colleagues who are or are not active in their work areas.Negativeº It lacks customization in certain areas or simply the function it has when we want to add some resources has to be done manually in each user profile that the employee of the company has. º I am having problems with time records for employees who are only working part time as well as time off requests for employees who are part time. This seems incomplete to me, having to record these times in another way so that there are no problems or confusion in the free hours that the employees have and it has not become entangled in whether it was a free time or they simply stopped working.
º The search function is very slow and confusing, causing me not to use it very often until there is a performance update that fixes this problem. I would like them to improve this functionality since for me it is easier to be able to find something than to do it manually due to the large amount that is handled with a large number of company employees, it would be a solution that would further automate human resource management.
º There is no chat tool per se, you can only ask for support which you get a ticket to wait for a response to any concerns you may have. I find it inconvenient to have to solve problems outside of this platform since communication here is the least instantaneous. It is possible to be like this, waiting for a response through tickets, but it would be better if there is the possibility of having an instant solution, this can be added as a tool within this platform.
º The organization charts are the least intuitive that can be found on this platform, I would like them to change the design or also be more customizable in order to have everything more presentable for understanding the structure of the company with respect to each employee from different departments. -

PositiveSystem is 100% user-friendly, easy to navigate and has a lot of great features used by our HR and Finance teams. The analytical tools and features are also great and already built in and customer service support is one of the best I've seen!
NegativeI wish reporting could be done a little more seamlessly in the system - often have to download and filter reports in Excel once pulled. Overall though, the system is great and works well.

It is very customizable in terms of setting up things like PTO plans, different types of reviews, and holidays.NegativeThere are a ton of glitches that have been happening since the beginning of 2020, and the team doesn't seem to be staffed enough to handle issues. The glitches happen repeatedly, after the team says they are solved.

PositiveStreamlined UI and integrations for all parts of employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance, offboarding).
NegativeThere are certain features hard coded in ways that don't make sense all the time, or labels that don't make sense (ex. classes should really be benefit classes). Another example would be our org's issues with using the timetracking functionality, we had to restructure our pay periods in order to use it instead of just being able to customize it.

NegativeThere is a lot you can customize but there are a few things still a bit clunky at times. For example, I would like to be able to add as many one off additional compensation on a check without having to upload a specific document.

PositivePerformance Management tracking is much more organized and efficient than our prior process (all on paper). Everything is automated and tracked using Namely. Tracking PTO is also fantastic.

PositiveOne stop shop for almost all HR needs. Implementation is fantastic. Namely is very responsive to consumer feedback and is constantly making upgrades to address the ever-changing HR needs.

There is no synch with PTO and payroll for those who do not fill out a timesheet.
