    My experience has been great since 2018 and I referred NeoCertified, to many in my business community.

    Positive

    It is HIPAA compliant and easy to use. It is good for business and presents a positive business image to your clients. That you care about their personal information, and you have protections in place.

    The only complaint I have received from just a few clients, is that they cannot open it the email and or create a password.

    Overall, I find NeoCertified to meet my expectations and provide my need for security and excellent tracking and service.

    In 2019, I became an Independent Supports Coordinator for disabled adults.
    I was referred to NeoCertified by a coworker and have never regretted becoming your customer. From the user end, NeoCertified is very easy but also provides the level of security I need as required for my job. I appreciate the ability to track outgoing emails and have not had any problems with sending or receiving emails.

    Occasionally, recipients have not been able to open my emails, but I am able to see when this occurs and therefore am able to follow up on those and/or resend them if necessary. It appears that these recipients just were unable or unwilling to take the step of setting up their code so they can open them, and was not the fault of NeoCertified.

    I would highly recommended using NeoCertified. I have been a customer for nearly a decade. It has been useful for my business working in healthcare to ensure that we are able to send encrypted messages that are HIPAA complaint.

    Easy to use and reliable. This has been an effective way for me to contact clients to discuss sensitive information that should not be sent through ordinary email. The feature of being able to withdraw a previously sent email, if it has not been opened yet, has been really useful. Also, it is useful to get notifications when others open an email you sent them.

    Sometimes the emails you send end up in the junk or spam folder of the recipient.
