Overall we are very happy with Netchex. They have been a great partner and services our needs perfectly for our size organization.

Netchex is on point when it comes to customer service. The team is knowledgeable and ready to assist you without complicated menus and long hold times.
The team also loves the easy to use self service feature. Payroll is a breeze and onboarding has improved for us be using Netchex.

Sometimes some features are a little antiquated or not up to par with the large competitors.

I have been a user for more than a decade, through several companies and after trying several other platforms. Netchex is the only one I keep going back to and it is always my bar for comparison. No other software comes close to the comprehensive offering for the price point, and all the modules you can add specific to your industry's needs, while keeping best-in-class customer service.

My favorite thing about Netchex is the willingness of everyone to help make your company's processes easier. Most software wants you to conform to its particular platform, but Netchex is always transforming to make new products, streamline functions, and ease the user experience.

Some of the canned reports only have select output options instead of it being uniform across the platform.

Overall, we have been impressed with the amount of labor hours we have saved by switching to this software for our payroll needs.

We enjoy the ability to run payroll with Dealertrack integration. It was a smooth transition for our company and Whitney and her team were amazing. The support after our set up has been excellent as well.

We haven't really had any cons with the software.

Awhile back we left Netchex for another company due to management change, it was a huge mistake! Companies make lots of promises and not all of them ring true in application, Netchex does and is the company for us!!

The ease and simplicity of the product, it moves smoothly from time management to payroll, has great reports and I can easily navigate from one company to the other. Our employees use the mobile app and are all completely pleased with it.

I have no complaints with Netchex, I may experience a couple hiccups but customer service is right there when needed.

Netchex Online offers everything a company needs from start up to finish. From Time & Attendance, Employee Scheduling HR Compliance, Onboarding, Performance Management, Recruiting, Training, and Benefits Administration.

There are no cons for us at Tri-State Bank of Memphis. The features are as promised, the Design was what our company needed, and the Support is top in knowledge, skill, and compliance issues.

MUCH better than other "small" HRIS systems. It is so easy to use that my managers grasp it quickly and use it daily. The reporting publisher makes it easy to gather just about any information you need, in the format that you want.

Netchex is an easy to navigate HRIS, that allows access for HR and managers alike to have the information needed at the fingertips! Customer service is easy to access and communicate with. They are very forthcoming in regards to new products.

When asking for items needed (IE: reports, data fields, etc.) sometimes if it is not THEIR priority, they seem to fluff around and be slow to produce what the customer needs timely.

My overall experience with Netchex has been wonderful I have zero complaints. The setup was very easy and it is very easy to use for everyone.
