From the demo to implementation, we have had an extremely positive experience. There have been no negatives.

The overall experience to this point has been great. The implementation was a little longer than I expected, but was still a good time frame and, realistically, what it needs to be. Data import was fairly easy and the functionality of the system is great. The reports it will run are almost endless and completely customizable.

The price point for NewOrg is the best we could find. The functionality and features are as good as the competition and the implementation was extremely easy. The customer support has been phenomenal.

The software is not 100% customizable. But, for the price point, it is still fairly customizable and does enough not to be a deal breaker.

Overall, our onboarding experience with NewOrg has been very positive, and we truly appreciate the team’s support and commitment to understanding our nonprofit’s unique needs. One area we did find challenging was the data import process from our previous database. Unfortunately, there were several duplicate records that came through, and we had to clean them up manually, one by one. While it wasn’t a major setback, it did take some extra time and effort on our part

The NewOrg team has been incredibly supportive from start-to-finish with implementing the portal. NewOrg has spent time to scope out and truly understand the needs of our organization and responsive in building out a portal that has quite literally transformed the way we provide assistance to our stakeholders and accurately report our grant spend down, program impact, etc. I cannot say enough positive praise about NewOrg.

There is nothing I do not like within NewOrg. Whatever isn't currently offered is typically able to be built or customized for our needs.

Most importantly, we value NewOrg for its strong customer support and nonprofit-centered implementation approach - from the initial hands-on onboarding and ongoing training as we grew with the system to their consistent, responsive ‘above and beyond’ assistance. These aren’t just support agents – they’re our partners. NewOrg provides us with a dependable solution that has been key to organizational efficiency when every dollar counts and has strengthened our data-driven decision-making in support of our long-term strategic planning.

For our legal advocacy nonprofit, NewOrg is the core of our case management process. Its flexibility, user-friendly interface, and comprehensive platform make it possible for us to use one system to manage both case and donor activity. The highly customizable design allows our team to adapt forms, workflows, and reporting tools to match our changing program needs easily. The system supports efficient case and contact coordination with robust reporting features – all in a secure environment.

Really no complaints. We adopted this system when we had been relying on basic spreadsheets for data management. They've been great!

The best way to understand our experience is to look at the white paper we co-authored on their website (can't post link here). Can't recommend them enough. They have some things they could improve but are constantly working on them and are very receptive to feedback and suggestions.

The NewOrg platform is incredibly flexible. We are not their "typical" client, but they were able to customize their platform to accommodate all the quirks of our non-profit's programs, including building 3 custom portals for our stakeholders; building out custom, calculated fields that help us with our reporting; creating a variety of reports to answer the questions we need to be able to manage our programs and show our impact; and created custom solutions to help our team process client applications more accurately and more quickly. Additionally, most of those items (except the portals) were created in hours to days - not weeks to months like the other systems we have used. When we submit tickets, they are usually resolved in less than a day, and if not possible, they let us know when it will be complete. Implementation couldn't have been more collaborative, thought-provoking, focused, fun (yes actually fun!), and productive. It was truly a joy to implement this system and that's something I've never said before.

We had a few items that we'd like to customize but can't, but none are dealbreakers. I love the reports and dashboards, they're a huge upgrade over our prior system, but a few more customization options, summation options, and visualization updates would go a long way.

I would recommend NewOrg should it meet the needs of your particular organization. The product is great, and the customer support it reliable.

Starting the implementation process took longer than I had hoped, given that I was on a tight timeline with new partnership opportunity. That being said, once things got going, it all went smoothly and progressed at a good pace.

NewOrg is the best and I recommend if you have a client portal, work with them to set up what you need. I hope we expand our partnership so we can integrate additional services on the platform.

Customer service team is unmatched. They literally solve problems we bring to the meeting, during the meeting. Data matches every time. Reporting is clear. User experience for clients is way better than our previous system, reducing call times and email volume for our staff.

I haven't had a bad experience with New Org yet. We've worked with them on an RFP & demo, design, and implementation of complex applications and reporting. They are amazing.

As a nonprofit, we researched a lot of softwares before choosing NewOrg. NewOrg was the only platform we found that met both our budget and our "wish list" features. If we could do it all again, we would choose NewOrg.

We initially sought a more customizable reporting platform. However, it's easy to submit a support ticket to build a new customized report, and the support team is very responsive. The reports feature has great options to help us present our data to the public and stakeholders in a user-friendly way.

The NewOrg implementation team listened to our needs and concerns and built an excellent management system for our coaches. We can track client interaction, program participation, and success goals. They tailored the platform to our needs and made sure we were up and running efficiently.

The scheduling feature did take some time to get used to - but once we did, it became like second nature!

I genuinely enjoyed the fact that this system allows for our organization to Customize the product to fit our needs in the areas of reporting, customer management, volunteer management, and so much more. We were able to work with the support team to be educated on how to use the system for our organizational needs and within each of the roles we play.

Some of the ways in which to get things accomplished are heavy in the steps and how to accomplish them, or there can be one thing that is marked and messes up the way it communicates with other areas.

Product has far exceeded our expectations. We met with several software providers/developers and we would have had to reshape our programs to fit their software. NewOrg understood our field and went fare beyond what other providers would offer to customize their software to our programs.

An unbelievable development team that not only tolerated numerous and tedious requests but went out of the way to customize a product that works best for us. Because of NewOrg we have been able to reassess and revamp our operations and programs to not just manage better but to help our clients better. Producing data for funding sourcing has improved greatly as well.

We have yet to experience any negatives from product or service.

The experience has been very positive. NewOrg staff has been very diligent in meeting our organization's needs.

The platform is designed to meet our specific needs. Tracking our daily interactions with organization stakeholders allows us to ensure we are meeting the needs of our constituents.

So far, we haven't identified anything glitchy with the system. It took a week or so to get used to working with the program, but any questions were answered promptly, and we had a user manual nearby.

The overall experience with NewOrg has been very positive. From the beginning they have built the system to meet our specifications of data reporting outcomes that Na Hoaloha depends on for fulfilling our mission in service delivery for Kupuna.
Whatever additional needs or changes we require have been taken care of without delay. The Team at NewOrg takes the time to fully understand what and why we need to have information for use in reporting to our funders, as well as, for more efficiency in service delivery to our clients. I like the ease of operating the data management system. The reporting features allow us to break out the details of the client base and build a profile of need in each region of service. The New Org team is quick to respond to any questions or changes we request.

So far, I have not found any feature or service I did not like.

While NewOrg offers numerous impressive features and training resources, navigating the system may initially pose a challenge for those not familiar with the platform. However, with some learning, it becomes incredibly useful. As for cons, certain features tailored to our organization's specific needs are not yet available for implementation. Nonetheless, NewOrg is actively updating and improving its system, and I'm optimistic about the potential benefits of new features as they become available for enhancing our organization's operations.

When I first started as Executive Director of our non-profit organization, I was told by the Board of Directors that NewOrg was broken. Not only was it not broken but it was even better than I had hoped for. The applications are working well and easy to use. Nick Rowan and his support team are readily available, creative, and efficient in managing the unique update requests for our organization.

We always receive quick and thorough support when submitting tickets, but we recently asked a big and urgent favor from the support team and received excellent help. We were implementing new forms into the system, which we weren't sure we would be able to do exactly as we hoped, but the support went above and beyond to ensure we were able to carry out our exact vision. It has been a game changer for us.

Because the system wasn't originally designed for the way we use it, we have to get a bit creative at times, but we are able to do this, which is great!

We are going from completely paper reliant to database reliant. It was a great process from NewOrg who got us started and helped set up our system and train us. Incredibly helpful team.

The system was customizable to our needs, very user-friendly, and has an excellent support team that is included in our monthly life cycle support fee.

We had fears of moving to a new platform but we didn't have any issues as we went through the implementation process. As a result, we can't find any cons with the system. It is a really good system.

NewOrg's product has many excellent functions, but what sets it apart from other CRM and event management systems are the responsiveness of the staff. Thank you NewOrg!
