PositiveVery good software. We started using version 3 long time ago :-) and followed the evolution of the software. Now using the online version. More fields that we can adapt to our needs, we use many so we like this possibility a lot. Support is fast, price is fair for a software with so many features.
NegativeThe look is a bit dull compared to the Windows version but almost all software looks like this now. At first I kinda missed the help button that took us straight to the help file but over time, I don't need any help now. :-)

PositiveClean user interface. Everything is located at the right place so it is easy to navigate through the software. We also like that the screen size adjusts itself when we connect with our smartphone or even the tablet sometime.
Finally, as I wrote in the subject, when we contact the support team, we get a fast and a smart answer on the first request. We do not have to wait days that our request escalade to higher levels. We get the correct answer the same day.NegativeWe are long time users. With the Windows version, the user interface was not so impressive. However, with the web version, it is now really easy to navigate the software.
