Tons of glitches- not responsive to issues
Date: Mar 06 2024SummaryI took a chance on this product and would be happy if they fixed all of the issues. In hindsight, I’d have gone with another product.
PositiveThe database is halfway decent- if the glitches were worked out I’d love the product. My favorite function (assuming it didn’t freeze literally every time I use it) is being able to exclude contacts I already have on my list.
NegativeIt constantly freezes- almost like it’s overloaded. The sorting function is terrible. Actually a lot of the functionality and usability is terrible.

Excellent Value For Working Leads
Date: Feb 16 2024SummaryThe product is a great value with excellent customer support. The team seems to be developing features and additional things that will benefit the user. I bought the biggest package and haven't been disappointed for the money I invested.
PositiveThis product gives you a chance to select leads but you only get charged for working emails because it confirms them before you receive the file. The support team is excellent and I've directly asked questions to the founder which means you have his ear for future features.
NegativeOnce I pull a segment of leads, you will see people that are not perfectly categorized. I'd like it to be easier to remove these leads in groups vs the very manual process that it takes today. To be fair, I haven't communicated this to the development team so they probably don't know the challenge.

It offers a very affordable subscription plan compared to its competitors. The support is very helpful. They are very fast at removing any bugs, adding new features, and providing regular updates.
Positive1. Excellent filters such as job title, seniority level, department, skills, interests, company name, company domain, company industry, company SIC, company revenue, company size, state, city, schools, first name, last name, work email, personal email, etc.
2. Verified and up-to-date data: the entire data is updated quarterly (every 3 months).
3. Emails are verified in real-time, and credits are charged for verified emails only.
4. It's very affordable compared to other competitors, easy to use, and beginner-friendly.
5. It has excellent UX/UI and a very simple and convenient platform.
6. The company SIC filter is really helpful to find targeted company data. It's not offered by any competitors.
7. Enrichment feature: It's very useful to find emails from LinkedIn profile URLs scraped from somewhere.

Date: Dec 14 2023SummaryFor the price I haven't found another data provider that is better. There are limitations and some things that could be cleaner but overall great service and has proved profitable and useful for continued use.
PositiveData is decent. I liked the extension and how I could build lists from Linked In searches. The team is small but ambitious and has good things on the horizon. They are communicative on any issues or answering questions. I was able to build a positive workflow and make this an accessible and essential part of our marketing stack.
NegativeInitially there was a feature you could add links to pre built lists from LinkedIn so you could prospect in the flow of working on the LinkedIn platform. That's since broken and I'd gotten used to that as a part of my prospecting flow. That extra step to add it to the list manually is cumbersome and doesn't seem to be on the roadmap to a resolution.
