    Happy with the product! No complaints. Very easy to use and does what we need it to do. I never have issues.

    Very easy to use and if there are ever any issues, we can always get help quickly! We mainly use this for customers to order products we store in our warehouse and it's easy to set them up and for them to navigate.

    None that I know of. If anything I would say I wish the Order Bridge wasn't an additional program and was built INTO QuickBooks but it's not a deal breaker

    The cons actually originate with QB's (not NowCommerce). The web connector on QB's does not update quick enough. It would be beneficial for it to update quicker so that my customers have better real time connection to my inventory.

    Now Commerce has been one of the best investments our company has ever made in any of our software purchases. It has improved our customer service tremendously and has increased sales across all product categories. Our customers have full visibility of all transactions (invoices, payments, etc...), including full visibility of ALL of our inventory items in real-time. This software has been a game changer for us. I must give a special thanks to Larry at Now Commerce who has always been there for us to help with any issues or concerns we may have. He has been amazing to work with. Any wholesale business that is using QB needs to be using Now Commerce.

    It's easy to navigate, easy to update, and easy to customize. We're able to create multiple order lists, easily bridge orders over, and provide our customers with a user-friendly interface for ordering!

    With so many SKUs and so many order lists, it would be nice to be able to edit an order sheet from the POV of the customer, so we know exactly what they're seeing and what may need to be updated.
