PositiveNutshell has been super helpful for managing longterm relationships with clients. We have been able to use the workflow feature to make sure that none of our tasks are dropped and ensure the best possible communication with the lead. Being able to see the email communication with the lead as well as other users notes has been helpful in ensuring we don't repeat our communication.
NegativeI have been having issues syncing my office calendar to the Scheduler Feature. Nutshell support has been working with me to resolve this issue, but it remains an issue. I am also working with my organizations administrators to see if we can resolve it

PositiveEase of use. There's not much more I can say. Sorry. I would love to, because I recommended the product, but good thing I'm the owner, or I would have gotten canned.
NegativeMaps in the CRM doesn't work, was supposed to be fixed in six months, 18 months ago. Not great to identify people that are linked to companies. Often add people to companies that should't. The support is almost nonexistent.

PositiveIncredibly easy to learn and use. Phenomenal customization options. Love that I can talk to a person to with questions. Many other CRM's have only an email or chat option. I learn better by doing and speaking with someone and this option is priceless. Even better is the truly take feedback to heart and in the two years I've been using the system, at least 2 of my 'suggestions' (and I'm sure others) have been implemented into their programing.
Finally, I am a marketing consultant and recommend this to my clients. Beyond that, I actually will ONLY take on a new clients if they use this system; the one I recommend. I don't receive any incentive or kickbacks, it's just that good and the only CRM I wish to use while providing my marketing services. Highly recommend!NegativeThere are a few areas of content you can not remove, but it doesn't impact me too much I just hide them from my view on the leader board as I don't need that information.

Customer support is "ok" but not fantastic. It can sometimes be tough to get a really quick answer to immediate needs.
