    Nutshell has been super helpful for managing longterm relationships with clients. We have been able to use the workflow feature to make sure that none of our tasks are dropped and ensure the best possible communication with the lead. Being able to see the email communication with the lead as well as other users notes has been helpful in ensuring we don't repeat our communication.

    Overall a good CRM for a reasonable price. Customer service is helpful...if you call and leave a message they will return call fairly quickly. It's always nice to talk to have a live person who knows their stuff. Features are numerable and many can be personalized.

    Wonderful customizable program that doesn't require you to recreate the wheel or need a programing degree to understand. I am not 'techy' at all and found this incredibly intuitive and easy to use. Highly recommend!

    Incredibly easy to learn and use. Phenomenal customization options. Love that I can talk to a person to with questions. Many other CRM's have only an email or chat option. I learn better by doing and speaking with someone and this option is priceless. Even better is the truly take feedback to heart and in the two years I've been using the system, at least 2 of my 'suggestions' (and I'm sure others) have been implemented into their programing.
    Finally, I am a marketing consultant and recommend this to my clients. Beyond that, I actually will ONLY take on a new clients if they use this system; the one I recommend. I don't receive any incentive or kickbacks, it's just that good and the only CRM I wish to use while providing my marketing services. Highly recommend!

    There are a few areas of content you can not remove, but it doesn't impact me too much I just hide them from my view on the leader board as I don't need that information.

    There are a few other small things that I wish the program would do, but nothing that is a deal breaker. The fact that this is so easy to use makes up for those small issues.

    Very easy to get Nutshell up and running. Customization is fairly easy to get done for almost any purpose. Most of the limits inherent to the platform are fairly easy to work around.
    Overall, Nutshell is a great value given its functionality.

    Missing a couple of features, most especially there needs to be a way to easily create and track recurring sales.
    Reporting is "fairly" easy, but report generation could be a bit smoother / easier.
    Customer support is "ok" but not fantastic. It can sometimes be tough to get a really quick answer to immediate needs.
