What is Obkio?

Obkio helps IT teams, MSPs, and network engineers see exactly what's happening across their network, from the office to remote and hybrid workforces to the cloud. As a Network Performance Monitoring (NPM) and observability platform, Obkio uses lightweight software agents (no hardware needed) to continuously monitor latency, jitter, packet loss, and bandwidth while mapping the full network path with Visual Traceroutes.

The platform is built to handle the complexity of modern networks, with support for SD-WAN, MPLS, and VoIP/UC monitoring, as well as visibility across multi-site and distributed environments. Application performance monitoring (APM) is also included, covering HTTP, Web, and Teams-based tests.     The "insider view" of your network

    This product is one of the more relevant one I have used regarding the monitoring and troubleshooting of our MPLS network.

    The platform has a very complete interface. You can access loads of relevant data that helps you have an "insider view" of your network performance and potential problems.

    Super product for Network monitoring and performance analysis

    Very satisfied with the product. I wish this product existed before, would have solved many troubleshooting hours in the past.

    - Easy to setup and configure.
    - A product I wish existed a long time ago.
    - Great for VOIP troubleshooting.
    - You pay for what you use, no surprises. You can add an agent to a remote computer and see where the problem resides and then remove it at very low cost.
    - Good variety agents available (we had one for our all external products).
    - You can dive into complex investigations very easily.
    - Great Dashboards and state of the Network
    - Able to be pro-active when network issues arise.
    - Great team for sales and support.
