Such a waste of money and time. They are using your money to finish their tool so maybe in a couple of month it will be usable. So far it is a total waste of money.

Nothing, really. I thought it would be great to have a lot quality packshots for my products but the tool is really really lame. Spend your money on graphic designer is my advice!

Impossible to use, the UX is horrible, the renders are terrible, customer service not helpful at all. The tool they launched is simply not ready.

No need for a fast computer as it does it all in the browser in minutes, couldn't recommend it more!

So far, not much to complain about. The OMI teams receive our requests and take our feedback seriously. Sometimes, they even manage to integrate features requested by my colleagues or myself into their studio.

We've been using Omi for a while now. It's so easy to create photorealistic renders in a few minutes, especially with the premade templates. Before, we had to contact a 3D agency and wait for days for the result.

The team is always happy to help if we encounter an issue or have a question. Great to see they keep updating and improving the 3D studio.

They need to create a 3D model of your product, so it takes a bit of time but at least you get a perfect quality

As Marketing Manager for a winery in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, France, I require a significant amount of visuals, including cropped bottle shots and product shots in context. Omi has given me the opportunity to increase my annual production of visuals for my products. Before, I had to set aside a lot of time to organise my shoots, buy accessories, think about staging, invest in camera equipment, lighting, etc., and spend time on post-production. Now, when I have 15-30 minutes free, I can create one or even several visuals, and after a year of using it, I've created hundreds, including videos. Beyond the cost of a real shoot, I simply wouldn't have had the time to do as much.

Rendering and exporting are pretty fast, and most importantly, the quality is there—photorealistic.
The support team is very responsive, knowledgeable, and attentive to its users.

To be completely objective, there is always room for improvement. I have occasionally encountered a few minor bugs, but honestly, nothing really serious, and above all, it's difficult to say for sure that they weren't caused by the browser rather than Omi. And to be honest, I have also been using the Adobe suite for over 20 years, and I encounter many more bugs, often very annoying ones, with this established multinational than with the small French start-up.

This has been a complete game changer for our creative asset workflow. Normally, I’d have to design all assets for my clients from scratch, which would easily take twice as long. Now, Omi helps me deliver stunning results in a fraction of the time and my clients are thrilled with how their assets look—whether it’s on social media, PDP pages, retailer banners or overall retailer websites.

The renders are amazing quality, the process is quick and the support is great. Johan, our Customer Success Manager, is super helpful—whether I’m sending products to the design studio, have a question, or need updates. He even lets me know when products are ready for approval, saving me from having to constantly check the studio myself. Couldn’t recommend him enough.

A much needed level up to our creative asset workflow. We were facing a monumental task of photographing 30+ SKUS from multiple angles as our clients products launched at retail. OMI made short work of our long list of several hundred assets. Top notch quality.

I have no suggestions for improving this tool; it is constantly evolving and suits me perfectly. I have been under contract with them for over three years.

Omi's service has been deeply disappointing. The AI-generated product visuals were of poor quality, inferior to those created with basic and even free tools available from the iOS App store. Customer support was unhelpful, refusing necessary changes as promised. Despite high costs, they over-promised and under-delivered, failing to meet expectations. I would warn anyone from considering working with Omi. I WISH. could post images to show how bad their visuals are. It is laughable.

Honestly have nothing positive to say. They oversold and under-delivered in every way. Would not trust them.

Entire experience- the product and the images they created were so bad we decided not to use them after the first month. The customer support was useless and refused to take ownership and accept fault when we evidenced how poor the quality of the product images were. The management refused to engage in dialogue, the junior staff were stuck between valid customer complaints and management hiding behind them. The organisation came off as greedy, deceptive liars with a toxic culture and a product simply not good enough.
